Harnoor ,I want an advise about Nyu's early decision - should I apply for it as it is binding but I have already applied to other Scholarship in JAPAN ( Cleared mumbai jurisdiction selection waiting for international shortlisting ) and final decision will be around December (100% Scholarship - no tuition fee+ stipend). I also wanted to apply for some other Universities for early action just in case as a backup . So I go for regular action or early decision ? I think I have high chances of getting Scholarship .
