I made this with 2 thick pork loin chops I had and added mushrooms and made gravy with Cassava Flour (no gluten) and used Coconut cream instead of Milk. This was a tremendous hit with my husband, Thank. You very much.
Thank you so much for posting this! I have one chop that I need to do that’s about to go bad if I don’t. and this is something I can do. I didn’t learn how to cook when younger and now I’m terrified to so thank you for making this something easy and flavorful. And also presented in a way that makes me feel confident to do so. I have an 8 quart but I’m hoping to get a mini someday as it’s just myself and my kiddo now.

I have to say,this recipe looks delicious so I’m going to make it tonight in my Bella 8 quart 10 in 1 pressure cooker/slow cooker my husband bought for me ,I wanted an o start pot but now that I’ve tried this Bella,I will never use anything else,it works perfectly,so after I’m done making my pork chops just like yours,I will post a pic and show you all ok?thanks for sharing this,can’t wait to make it ,yum yum thumbs up and subbed

(I'll list them here too) 10 minutes of cooking time in the instant pot - normal pressure 2 tablespoons of butter 2-3 small to medium pork chops 1 cup chopped onions 1/2 tablespoon garlic 2-3 cups of chicken broth Gravy: 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup broth from pork chops 1/2 cup milk salt and pepper
It is nice to see these videos but it would be nice to know how tender the chops come out. Most cooks say they are moist but. Are they tender or chewy?
Its enough to cover....so for me and my instant pot mini with 3 chops its about 2-3 cups. It may be different for you depending on how many you are cooking and your pot size. :)
Why not just make the gravy in the instant pot with the leftover liquid on saute mode? I like lots of gravy on my pork chops, especially on my side of mashed potatoes!!😎
I thought she just did 3/4 of the way through the video. She only removed some of the leftover juices to make a rue and then started adding it back in to complete the gravy. She was doing everything inside that one pot. It was amazing.
The recipe was great but your "quick" recipe for gravy was unintelligible. It may be easy for many people but not all people make gravy often. The fact I could not understand it and the fact that it was not presented when I turned on closed captioning really turned me off on your recipe. Small things taken for granted by the presenters can really ruin a presentation for us rookies.

Very tender not dry at all. You don’t even need the gravy if you aren’t into that.
