For me personally, eyeshadow and foundation are usually worth the splurge for me. I find that a lot of mascara, blush, sometimes bronzer or highlight, etc are only worth the drugstore price because, for me, they all seem to do the same or the drugstore knows how to do those things at a reasonable price. Just my opinion.
I absolutely love the sephora eyeshadows more than the ulta ones. I find that Utla’s are chalky and not build able. Sephora’s are so comparable to the ‘top brands’ .... loved this video!

Me and my mom were talking and like i said im mexican so im bilingual but my mom dosen't talk english so we talked in spanish and the one white women kept looking at us and moving away w/a side eye ! It doesn't sound bad when i type it but it was hurendous, it's horrible what the world has become 😔
Yeah it's definitely awful the way some people have reactions with different languages. I work in a grocery store and we have frequent customers come in who only speak Spanish. Usually they're very nice and do their best to help me communicate through the language barrier, but I've also had some come in and are obviously speaking poorly about me and my coworkers (who are pretty much an even mix between white and Mexican) as I ring them up. She might have had a bad experience with another non-English speaker, but it shouldn't have affected the way she treated you. Sorry for your experience :(
I'm so sorry i'm white and I'm beyond pissed at what some white people do. It is truly horroendous and of course you know this but your language and culture is beautiful.
Dude, I'm so sorry. I'm Mexican too and I love speaking in Spanish whenever I get the chance at work (I work at an Ulta). I think it's just hearing a language you don't normally speak that freaks people out. Which is sad because Spanish is a very popular language. :/
i work in a sephora, one of my coworkers speaks like 5 languages and it's super helpful in these kinds of situations! We live in MN in an area w/ lots of immigrants and 2nd generation families and its super helpful having someone who speaks their languages to help prevent that "this person isnt understanding what im saying" frustration.
How about a 5 or 10 minute makeup routine for those of us who are totally intimidated by makeup:) I only wear mascara and blush. I liked the Ulta side.
Im subscribed to all or almost all makeup artists and Sylvia is definitely the most fun and chilled one which makes her so much more interesting than most TH-cam’s ❤️
