That is a very common observation on this home. This is an area of Tampa that is in high demand, so the builder buys an older home, tears it down and puts the biggest home they can on the lot. Makes for close neighbors, but the construction material has some good soundproofing :).

Mike, the front door is called a Pivot Door. In the future, I would suggest pointing out the linear diffusers instead of normal (cheap) supply air outlets. They are a costly upgrade.

Homes are too close for the asking price.
$2.89 million (£1.99 million pounds) and no water view! Stunning property with high end fixtures and fittings great home but not for me.
Hi John, yes your observations are very similar to others. You can definitely get a stunning home like this one with water view and more property in other areas.
The value on this one is in the land. A very high demand area where the builders have to buy an old home for a high price, remove it, and then build the new one. Which is quite a lot of extra cost.
So the buyer for this one would be someone who wants this location, but wants a new and modern home, instead of a small ranch home built 50 years ago :)

- En el 8:19 comenta la sala asi en espacio abierto, nos gustaria tener la posibilidad de abrir toda la sala no como esta en el video algo distinto.

Hi Mike, yep you are close. In this area they tend to buy older and smaller ranch homes and tear them down and build these bigger homes. This is all about location. They do build them with great materials to help soundproof the homes ;).

It is all about location...this home is in a high demand area, but if you were OK with Viera Florida for example, you could get a very beautiful home, with lots of land for less than this. I have a couple of those homes on my channel.
This one is in South Tampa, where they buy older homes, tear them down and then build new homes in their place, so the land costs are what pushes this price to where it is :)

Nice and modern! However, I’m not fond of the bedroom being right off the entrance. Perhaps, it could be used as a study. If it didn’t have the closet, it could be used as a great room.

The first thing I noticed was the above ground utilities and utility poles, and a older neighbor feel. Almost 3 mil. Way overpriced
Yes, these ones I did in Tampa were in an older neighborhood which is really desirable, so we are seeing older homes being purchased, demolished, and these newer homes being built.
