So much honesty in this podcast love it.. I would say though to not over sample, even if you can afford it because you lose sight of what it is you are trying to create / problem you are solving through the product. If you're over sampling.. you don't know what you're trying to make. I would also point out that spending $1500 on a sample is only partially true. It may take 2-6 rounds of sampling to perfect your product and costs will vary depending on where you are developing. If it is overseas you need to account for international shipments which cost minimum $70 each way, higher for heavier goods. (Professional developer here)
What is Cut 30? I mean obvs it's your course, but I just didn't know that you had one with Oren until now. Super cool. Would love to hear more about it.
Sweat Equity just saying that I really love this channel. However I feel like if you guys made the value you provide to the content market more visual and more clear it would be better. The podcast form right now is good and it is packed with insane value but it takes time for me to digest and fully understand it clearly because it is in an ongoing conversation format. Maybe try to change into another format so the value is easier to digest
You have a point. But no way is it a good business, inventory heavy, way too many variants colours and sizes, if a brand was just L and XL I think it could be possible, or very colour monotone
@@jogon9649 I'm not sure what your point is. Humans have to wear coverings for their bodies. We want to wear covers we like. This is called "fashion". You can make money off providing this service.

Amazing pod! I follow Oren like a virus at the moment. No one's better at brand building education on TH-cam right now than him 💪💪💪
Come have tea with me in Shenzhen China brother 🍵

Welp. This got me hype. So encouraging to hear Oren prioritize creative freedom & value over raising money.

If anyone is located in LA and wants to help my new brand. Let’s chat!
fashion is cringe
It doesn't matter if most people still care about it. It's one of the few areas you can still spend money in 2025. What else is there to buy?
