Dude... I've been as consistent as I can be in the gym while being in my first semester of the Registered Nursing Program and I swear I almost cried when I felt strong during the flutter kicks. I've been wanting to fix my core because of back pain and other imbalances, so feeling that was so, so, SO important to me. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, SO MUCH for helping me. Even 20 min a day makes such an insane difference and I'm now a believer of that. Quality over quantity. Resting properly. Active recovery. Mobility. LISTENING TO YOUR BODY. Thank you. Seriously. Most of the time I stick to various combinations of my go to exercises: kettlebell swings, kettlebell long cycle, pullups, pushups, squats, battle-ropes and occasionally going for a 3- 4 mile run. I was looking for something new to try and found this routine challenging and fun. I could tell I used some muscles in a different way than normal and could feel it the next day. Excellent work!
Just did this one at the FD. We have a wellness program giving us time to workout during our shift. What a difference it has made. I’m “smoked” lol. Thx so much for this one, it was awesome! 👍💪
