What is ROBLOX? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where people of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. The only thing that kinda disappointing is that they didn't add a ranged projectile move on wa(icicle throw).
I feel like being able to run at your opponent like a mad man is already good for me tbh.

Having 3 guard breaks and 2 of them being ranged on one stand would be overkill

All attacks what gently weeps counters: ge/ger bird and scorpions, soft wet moisture plunder bubbles; blind bubble; and go beyond bubble (NOT KQ BOMB, THAT BUBBLE WHAT MAKES BLEEDING AND REMOVES FEET/ARM), Hierophant all emeralds, magician red T/Y buttons, aero vola barrage, all six pistols bullets, all knifes (twoh knifes also counters, but not electricity), whitesnake bullets, twau/d4c bullet, ta1-3 all nails (not wormhole uppercut) (ta4 also counter if he not upgraded infinity spin lvl1, it gives ability what all him attacks cant be countered by love train; scr soul and gently weeps) (also if ta4 throws steal balls with active ta4 stand, they cant be countered (with infinity spin lvl1), all spin balls (whirling too counters), beach boy all rod pulls; rod throw (hook pierce and slap not counters), crazy diamond Z X and C, mysteriously bow, old spin balls (steal ball and double steal ball). Old gently weeps before WA rework has this counters too, but him sounds was how steal balls touching wall/earth or floor.

Not every stand needs a beatdown and it isn’t even a “beatdown” all he does is punch a car and scream lmao
this wa rework is suffering from stone free syndrome - almost all moves are blockable / parriable
additionally - you can no longer use moves during ice skate , spark/fog on beginning warns opponent even before you try to do something
gently weeps - honestly it was better before , since it's main role was "stop spamming with projectiles and melee me ", now you are vulnerable for entire 27 seconds, and none will ever use projectiles on you because of how obvious those ice shards look
flash freeze is disappointing, damage nerf , no longer traps people inside AND it's cancelable, someone might say "but you can't react to it " , all i can say to that is good luck dealing with m1s spam now , it was the only reliable way to start a combo or to catch people, gee it can't even save you from timestop now
ALSO fun fact , they promised ranged move on wa long ago (besides flash freeze) , so where is it ? (paragon suggestions at their finest )
p.s. they nerfed damage of barrage , m1s and R , why ?

Well, that's what the specs are for, they serve to make openings in which you can use a blockable attack, now stone free is good with specs
You literally complain about gently spweeps and flash freeze? Your saying flash freeze dosen't get to go inside of the ice has it intended to, but believe me they have enough space to block it and escape the combo and gently sweeps? Bro gently sweeps is literally have a duration mark invincibility adding slowness to a opponent and you here complaining has if old white album is better.

What happens if you 2 players use gently weeps and one of them use a projectile move? Will it richohet until the one of the players gently weeps is on cooldown? Or will the projectile hit the player that was throwing it even if they have gently weeps activated?

It keeps bouncing between the two of them until one of their Gently Weeps expires.
It used to be that the projectile would infinitely ricochet between the Gently Weeps until one went on cooldown, but they recently changed it so that it doesn’t do that anymore. It was funny as when it was a thing, however.
