    Thank you for this video. I had a very similar situation happen to me. I got my account turn back on after 24 hours. I can tell you that you should have pressed for your batch pay. I had to do so three times but eventually got my pay.

    Omgosh.!! The same thing happened to me. When I was in the middle of talking to shoppers help and at the store. Girl the whole app glitched me out completely. An kicked my cancellation rate up higher. I screenshot everything.

    They do that to get you behind financially, so when you get reactivated you’ll be online all day. These apps are grimy.

    I just got deactivated for an unverified selfie and I usually have no problems with my selfies and I been doing this for almost 5 years 😩

      They did the same to me on ubereats 🤦🏾‍♀️ it’s the bots that are glitching and deactivating us I believe

    Account was deactivated last week, door dash sent a email saying my account has been suspended due to possible violation of deactivation policy. My customer rating was 4.97 Acceptance was 51% Completion 90%

    Instacart has an algorithm that flags shoppers accounts when unusual activity has taken place. It could literally be anything from adding an extra item to a customer's order or a complaint from a customer, canceling a batch after you started shopping or it could simply be a glitch false red flag. Regardless they pause your account while they investigate it but thats nothing really. Only if your account has been permanently deactivated are you trully removed from the platform and that typically happens when a customer reports that they never received there order.
    When chat support cancels an order on you typically you keep or donate the groceries however if its a missing customer scenario they may ask you to return all non perishables back to the store.

      There had to be some glitch in the app🤦🏾‍♀️ thats so crazy that that happens . That was my first batch of the day so idk if it was a customer complaint etc unless it was from the day before. Hoping my account comes back on today

    You are supposed to return the stuff to the store...not keep them. And the suspicious activities was from the customers side...not your side. Thats why they stopped the order. And if anything... They will make you pay for the groceries.

      I wasn’t told to return the items and I wasn’t paid for the batch so I kept the groceries. If they wanted me to return them they would have specified that when I asked why my account was deactivated. Why would I go in to return the groceries and do more work that I wouldn’t be paid for instead of just keeping it

    Is it possible that one of the customers waited til you shopped and paid then cancelled hoping you would still deliver? Not sure if the address is still visible after the glitch
    I had this happen in the Doordash app but Doordash paid me half the Oder The white screen of hell fell on my double order they treated me fairly never blaming me you want all the apps never put all your eggs in one basket - for the record I could not get the white screen to drop by uninstalling and reinstalling the app logging out and back in so I feel it was a bot and again you don’t want to deliver to the customer unless Instacart or Doordash tell you to when this happens

    I was going to say- Uber eats pulled some shinanigans like that,where they cancelled the order and forced me to take the food back to the restaurant without pay. It was a waste of gas and time, screw them. I shouldn’t have to pay for their bad behavior,

    This happened to me 2 weeks ago if you cancel a batch right after shopping it they will suspend you for 24 hours. Same thing happened to me exactly

    Did you contact customer service? Is that reactive or still deactivated . I got deactivated on this afternoon when I’m coming to the market . That’s wired and I did chat with customer agent, they didn’t tell me the reason ,and let me check the email , I don’t know how to reactivate my account ?

      Update: Account is back up and running but they did not explain why I was deactivated. Hopefully they reactivate you after 24 hours but someone said its the install system that flags people for the littlest things

They are answering the same ,”we are still working on that and waiting for a call from team . “ I’m not sure how long should be taking, I will keep chatting with them until issue get resolve .     They deactivated me because when I arrived at the address the address did not match, I changed to google maps, Waze, etc. and still called the chat, we tried to contact the client, I did not answer calls or messages, I went downstairs, I walked to look for the address and nothing after 40 minutes they gave me green light to continue because it was a double delivery before I got to deliver the second one they deactivated me, I reached out to *#Lutocyber* and he made me feel relax and then reactivated back my account

      @@msladymoone that is so annoying 😂 i do instacart got my main source of income right now I and I have noticed that if I don’t manually turn off my screen I will accidentally click weird things with my palm or in my pocket I’ve accidentally accepted batches or almost accidentally canceled them

      I’m at 3036 deliveries done. Second year into this. I’m at a 4.98 star. One damaged item. I talk to every customer I shop for. Service first. Money comes after stellar service

      It took about 24 hours for them to reactivate my account but I was never given a reason why it was deactivated in the first place

      There was no way for me to get the customers info because the order canceled right after check out 🤷🏾‍♀️ customer service gave me no info on returning so I just kept it. The customers order was redone by someone else tho I’m sure!

    My account was deactivated be someone lied about never receiving their order. After trying to appeal twice, even providing proof that I did in fact complete the order, after they're "investagting" they said they were unable to confirm if I completed the delivery and my deactivation will stand. So cruel and unfair how people treat other people. Bravecyber was my hero and thankfully put me back to work

    I was deactivated for "one or more deliveries that you accepted were falsely marked as complete when the customers never received their order". Which is total BS, I appealed and got no way with that. The fact *Bravecyber* got me back to work even after appeals failed is still incredible.

    I've done 700 deliveries, have a 4.9 rating, 94% on time, non stop great customer feed back week in and week out. Then out of the blue THEY deactivated me permanently three weeks. I'm mystified. No reason, no mail, no explanation nothing. Support really needs to do better. #Gratecyber helped me and gave me back my job this morning. I imagine the absolute worst if I hadn't met him. Would probably still be unemployed wondering where it all went down hill

    Over a month since my account got taken down, I was told I would get a response for my appeal within the next 24 to 48 hours. Never heard back. Frustrated, broke and with bills to pay, *Gratecyber* made sure I got my account back immediately I texted him now all my bills are paid and I'm debt free

    Well I got deactivated because I forgot to tag "I have arrived" severally and I also missed some blocks too, got a mail from them saying they have deactivated my account for both reasons, wrote many appeal but all to no avail, they sent a message saying they can not reinstate me, so I met this guy from Instagram which I finally got my account reactivated he's truly legitimates #Gratecyber

    Well I got deactivated because I forgot to tag "I have arrived" severally and I also missed some blocks too, got a mail from them saying they have deactivated my account for both reasons, wrote many appeal but all to no avail, they sent a message saying they can not reinstate me, so I met this guy from Instagram which I finally got my account reactivated he's truly legitimates #Gratecyber

    I had to pay techwiz0 to get to reactivated again. I'm no conspiracy theorist but I think instacart is just trying to get rid of shoppers at this point. with the low batches

    I've done 700 deliveries, have a 4.9 rating, 94% on time, non stop great customer feed back week in and week out. Then out of the blue THEY deactivated me permanently three weeks. I'm mystified. No reason, no mail, no explanation nothing. Support really needs to do better. #Gratecyber helped me and gave me back my job this morning. I imagine the absolute worst if I hadn't met him. Would probably still be unemployed wondering where it all went down hill

    Over a month since my account got taken down, I was told I would get a response for my appeal within the next 24 to 48 hours. Never heard back.
