I fell victim to this scam in September. They called to say that they needed to update my app so that I can get more batches. They took over my account but thankfully Vinzetech was able to get my account reactivated after 1 hour . I sent an email to trust and safety and I also called IC shopper support but none responded . That hour of having my account stolen was frustrating. This was a learning experience for me because the call sounded authentic. I feel that IC either has someone from the inside selling this information or their system is being hacked with is dangerous because these scammers may also obtain access to our personal information.

Yeah my account been deactivated for years over false accusations and usually Asians usually be the ones giving me bad references and majority of the time I never see them. Soon as they see a black person a lot of people just give us a bad rating and it's happening alot to people of color. It's not right! You can be friendly and they'll still rate you bad.that sucks thanks to #Vinzetech for the support to reactivate me

So yesterday 10pm, i apparently took bad selfies and got deactivated. I sent a reply email to the trust team saying I have valid license and can take pictures. Support agent assured I would be reactivated after the trust team contacts me within 24 hours but nothing happened. I ask what was the name of the person. Right after I confirmed them the call dropped . I tried to call back but I was getting (this textfree number your trying to call is no longer active ) . I hang up and try to continue my batch But I couldn't because I was logged out and I got a email saying someone had changed the phone number. So I called the support I heard nothing from them thank you Vinzetech my account was good after I payed to reactivate
