6/8 sets are prequal era... Idk I don't feel it's a problem with you specifically but I'm feeling a very big emphasis on TCW in the Lego star wars community
The is a very heavy emphasis on the Clone Wars, and it's because it's the most beloved part of the star wars universe (by most Lego star wars fans right now, looking at the massive clone armies and the collecting of these characters). Despite this we get 1 or 2 clone wars sets a year, and many are just clone based sets and not some of the other cool things from the prequel and clone wars. That's just my take and there's so many of those sets that I can think of as sets we "need" to get, while so many OT sets have been made before and fairly a few times. But yes it is fact that the clone wars is heavily emphasized, some can see it as a bad thing, others as a good thing, personal preference

I definitely think we need a new vulture droid in some sort of set since we haven't seen one that isn't a microfighter or mini build in 10 years

I dont care what anyone says. Padmes ship has to be fully chromed. It wont look right otherwise. Thats why i think it will never be made.
