  • Old tractor I have picked up from an estate sale, it has sat for several years not being used, so let's see if we can bring it back to life.
Thanks for watching and have a good one

Looks really good to be just sitting

Absolutely undeniably repainted. And a good job at that!

I agree, after looking at some other Ford tractors. It was defiantly repainted at some point in its life.

I'm glad you got it running but it seemed you were jumping around with no plan. I fell asleep about five times watching this and didn't feel like I really missed anything. Build yourself a step by step system to approach things like this and then if you can skip a step explain why. This could have been shorter and more interesting.

Sorry but that’s NOT a jubilee. Jubilee’s had many differences one way is they had a high low transmission. Also not repainted. Need to learn more about stuff before you make videos

If it’s not a golden jubilee then what is it? cause the serial number starts with Naa. Let’s not forget that the emblem on the front says golden jubilee. As far as the repaint thing unless ford left some bare copper wire then paint over it I doubt it’s original paint.

Not all Jubilees had the Sherman. You are welcome to join the Jubilee Registry even if you don't have one as you can learn a great deal there. Very few '54 NAA would have the expensive nearly identical badge replaced with a Jubilee Badge. You have to get real, real close to see the additional words of "Golden Jubilee". Some (not all) Jubilees also have a diamond stamped at the beginning and ending of the serial number. Like I said, some research would serve you well. Without reading the serial number, all indications are this is a Golden Jubilee that is almost untouched and unmolested. To someone that loves or just specializes in these old tractors he has a huge find. At worst case, he has an excellent '54 NAA (all Golden Jubilees are NAAs) which is 100% identical to a '53 Golden Jubilee except for a couple of words on the identical badge.
