Based upon how Kwame (Stokely) is speaking, i.e. the Chicago rebellion, the Black Power slogan, etc., this speech sounds like it occurred sometime towards the end of 1966. By 1969, Kwame had moved to Guinea-Conakry, West Africa, to become a militant with the Democratic Party of Guinea (PDG - under Sekou Ture) while building the PDG the All African People's Revolutionary Party.

Stokely Carmichael (Kwame) is the most underrated black leader of the 20th century by far. Way too intelligent for what they could handle. RIP Black King!
