Their after sales service is very Bad. My new Inverter AC was damaged in first service by Hitachi guys. And inverter AC is very difficult to service too.

After two compressors changes its still at 50% cooling. Wanted to exchange for a Mitsubishi he offered me 5k for the LG. Guess I would get rid of the lg and opt for a Mitsubishi or Daikin next year.
