      yeah we back. kinda. still trying to work out how to do this with me being away for 3 weeks out of 4. Sadly no Klippies but plenty of red wine. 👍🏻🤣

      @@FarmsVilla Agreed. We finished the grading around the house before rainy season so it was an improvement over our first winter. Back at it again though as the south wall was still a little damp. Our next project is rain gutters and French Drains. If you don’t have French Drains around your house it might help keep the foundation dryer over the winter months. If you can find a way to prevent the damp issues it will make life easier and more comfortable. Good luck! Sending hugs to Mandy! 🥰
