    Motsunabe (Offal Japanese hot pot)
    ●Ingredients
    -Motsu (pork offal) : 300g / 10.57 oz
    -Chinese chives : 1 bundle
    -Cabbage : 1/4
    -Bean sprouts : 1 bag
    -Soy sauce : 100 ml
    -Sweet cooking sake : 75 ml
    -Dried chili peppers : 1 Tbsp
    -Garlic : 2 pieces
    -Dashi kelp : 10g / 0.35 oz
    -Water : 1L
    ●How to cook (Recipe)
    1. Soak the dashi kelp into the 1L water for 20 minutes to extract dashi from the kelp
    2. Heat the dashi water with kelp until boiling
    3. Take the kelp from the dashi water as soon as it boil
    4. Add soy sauce, sweet cooking sake
    5. Boil the motsu (pork offal) for 2 minutes
    6. Cut the Chinese chives, cabbage, garlic
    7. Add motsu, Chinese chives, cabbage, bean sprout, garlic in the dashi water
    8. Boil it for 10 minutes
