Yes, it is very rewarding helping people when they get injured! As a man who has been injured way more than most men I know how it feels from both sides. Making modifications to a wheel chair for my dying friend Effie who also, had only one working hand. This was really fun and rewarding. He needed a place to put his phone, pen & pencil, cigarettes& lighter and a pad so he could still take his notes (OCD style) . It took a lot of hillbilly engineering but I did it and for the last 6 weeks of his life he felt useful and competent some what and he was very happy about that as the proud man he was. Nice job Kent!
This is a really useful idea and is something many people with physical limitations could benefit from! I would buy one in a heartbeat, along with those amazing garden bed concrete forms.
Kent, Just a warning. Your neighbor is a psychopath. Anyone who puts jelly on their peanut butter is unstable. Everyone knows PB on one side then Jelly on the other. LOL. Hope he gets better soon. Keep the videos coming, they are very enjoyable.
Well done, I will head of to the workshop to make one for myself soon.
Regards
One Handed Maker
Thanks!!
You and your wife must be great people, you both are a blessing for your neighbors. Keep doing Gods work, and helping like you are doing.

It was very nice of you to help your neighbor. I wish more people would do like that. The world would be less like it is...:)

Everyone needs to be as kind to their neighbors the world would be a much better place.
Very nice of you to help that man out......
Nice work!
That was so nice, I love it.
There is this new invention called sliced bread! ;-)
You're neighbor's probably better by now, but he could have used some holders for the peanut button and jelly jars as well!
Thanks! His recovery was long, but he's doing well now. Cheers, Kent
I've seen on other boards elastic to hold the bread

Oh I agree totally but, he was only working with one hand so I let it slide. ;o)
Or maybe vice-versa.
How about some tips for one handed woodworkers.
