Excellent video, with lots of history and great recipes. I tried the Laurino and I really liked this variation. Sweeter, more dense and less alcohol - so a perfect variation for me.
Hi, signior Livio! I just prepared a spin-off of your Tornabuoni Negroni variation. In stead of Moscato Grappa, with all due respect to grappa, I used home-made local Bulgarian grape brandy (rakiya / гроздова ракия). My wife liked it a lot, she is very impressed by this modern approach to rakiya! Thank you very much, grazie di tutto!
What an awesome video!! I loved the history along with clear and concise instructions. It will be easy to reference when trying all the variations too.
Cannot believe this episode has only 5000 views.🤯 Would be very helpful with a short tasting after each variation to describe the differences between them👍
What about the White Negroni (lillet, gin, suze) which is succulent! Thank you for this masterclass! I hope you drank all these cocktails while you were filming it 😂
Absolutly great video! Unwilling try some of those recipes 😊 But all this Variantons and no Word about the famous Lundtgroni 😢 Add a Part of Limoncello to a normal Negroni recipe and enjoy this wonderful cocktail. Invented by the famous German Jakob Lund.
@@MasterYourGlass It’s crazy how back then they had suck an understanding of how botanicals and herbs worked. Barmen everywhere owes a lot to Italian drinking culture and it’s spirits. Everything is so complex and flavorful, it’s an adventure every bottle of Amari or Vermouth I open
Great idea! I recently tasted a few good Absinthes with similar bitter-sweet levels as Campari that would make a cool green Negroni with a white vermouth and gin. Thanks for stopping by!
@@MasterYourGlass I recently discovered the channel and I must say I really like the content. I like Negroni and I am trying to find "other colour" liqueurs but with the same bitter taste.
Thanks for watching! Not sure I understand your question. Please give me context. Not sure how James Bond’s famous saying pertains to the Negroni. Cheers!
One of the best videos I have yet seen about the classic negroni family. Thank you for posting the recipes in the notes!
Thank you!
Happy Negroni Week. Thumbs up if you’re having one today!
I'm sipping on a "Tropical Negroni". 22.5 mil Plantation Pineapple, 22.5 Fiji, 45 mil Antica, 45 mil Campari.
@@TheSpiritoftheCocktail Lovely Tim!
This is wonderful. I'd also like to see Negroni variations that replace Campari with other amaro.
Can do that! Thanks for asking
@@MasterYourGlass And thank you for the new drink at the end! I love Campari, but I also love other amaro. It's all good.
@@Plotinus75 Hi David!! I really enjoy a Cynar Negroni. It def might hit the spot!!!!!
Negroni is one of my favorite cocktails. I'll be trying all of these variations!!
It’s my all time favorite too. I hope you enjoy and thanks for watching!
Livio, This is a great breakdown of Multiple Negroni-esq variations including the original. Thank you so much. There are a couple I would love to try.
Thanks David! I was surprised by how different they tasted to each other.
Such an excellent video. Bravo
Thank you so much!

Ciao Todor! Thank you for sharing! I am so happy the drink came out great and that your wife liked it! Salute my friend!
I had to celebrate the Negroni week having 2 versions of Negroni everyday! Good job, thanks for sharing!
Bravo! It’s a must

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! So happy you like it!
I've actually been drinking the Camparinete, stirred, up, and with an orange twist...(If no orange, I throw in a dash of orange bitters...so GOOD!)
That is such a great drink. Good call on the orange bitters an absence of orange twist!
So many I haven't heard of. Gotta a lot to try.
Lucky for you there is plenty of time to make that happen!

Thanks Bernard! Awesome feedback! Livio
I actually had a Negroni recently that had Olive Bitters added and a sprig of rosemary. Was a surprisingly good blending of flavors
That sounds like a great savory addition! Thanks for sharing
Whoa!! I’m saving this one for tonight. I need to make a Negroni while I watch this.
Sounds like a good idea Vino! This one took a long time to crank out. Let me know what you think! Happy Negroni Week.
..Top video...adoro le spiegazioni....
Grazie!!!!
Merci beaucoup !

lol. Nothing goes to waist around here. The Negroni Bianco is lovely. Good call!

Excited to try a Luntgroni. Thanks for watching and commenting!
The Negroni turned me into an old Italian man. Now I drink Apertivos and Digestifs and Amari with everything
Hi John, I am back from Italy and Playing catch up.
Your comment makes me happy. Negroni’s, Aperitivo’s and Digestivo’s are so cool to drink! Enjoy.

What happened to all of those drinks you made?😅
Hi Colby. Let’s just say that they never go to waste. Lol
Nice, nice video. It would be good to go a step further like white or green negronies with different bitters in colour.

Mmmmmm negroni. Thank you.
That’s exactly what I was thinking :)
no Sicilian Negroni? My favorite
It’s a great one!
