Thank you Ajahn Brahm. 25yrs ago a friend brought me to a guided meditation in Nollamara on a Friday night. Sitting silently amongst peaceful people from all over our city was a profoundly powerful experience. I myself now have dear friends to bring to experience tne gifts of guidance and care you all have created. We will bring our own energy to to add to the the back of compassion, respect and joy that emanates from here.
