Once again a very good work regarding the adaptation of the game and the use of models & sound files ! I've always imagined that part of the story a bit "resident evil like" =D And that was just great ! lips animation is still missing, but all the rest is already great, ambiance, framing, rythm...... GG ! =D ! Keep up the good work =D You plan to do an episode / mission ? =D It could actually fir quite well according to my POV, well, this is how I would (will ;p) have done it ! At least you can produce more than a episode in a year ;p ( unlike me XD )

Right now it makes sense to do an episode per mission, but at a certain point I need to get back to the Thrall's side of the story where he crash lands on the islands and meets the dark trolls. Whether or not those are just separate episodes or If I'm intercutting between Arthas's story and Thrall's story in the same episode is undecied.
and in your case, you have an actual cast, crew, set location you have to deal with. I have the benefit of an entirely digital cast and set to help speed things along :D

It depends. This isn't my only hobby, so sometimes I may go weeks where I'm not even working on videos. I've also been working on improving several things in my animation quality, mainly getting lip sync of the mouths to the audio. So that's one reason there has been a pretty big gap since the last video.
