I have been to Disney twice, I love it. Disney except people for who they are and except them as their own family members. They don't care what disability you have, they just except you as a person. I love Disney so much. And how the characters are with people with disabilities. And with everybody. if I could go back to Disney again, I would love to meet all the princesses. I'm a huge princess fan. Love all the princesses like Cinderella snow white etc. We had an opportunity to meet snow white one day, but we did not get to meet her because we had other things to do. I would love to meet her if I went back to Disney again.
I teared up when he took your hands and had you feel his face and ears and just kept showing you (with your hands) all around. Right from the moment you said I’m completely blind but I want to see you...Mickey totally took it from there and knew what he was doing. I loved that so much! What an extra special moment!

I would like to repeat what Joy said, not to be in sorrow forever. I have had clinical depression for years, and one of the worst symptoms is ruminating. When something bad happens you keep thinking about it over and over. Joy is one of those wonderful people able to respect the sorrow, then let it go. We could all learn from her!
I'm literally sobbing. This is really beautiful. If I was in that Minnie costume I would have a very wet face from all the crying I would be doing silently!

I feel like in a way, you mightve inspired them and showed them how beautiful this world is. I know that they'll be gone soon and that I just need to relax and calm down but everything in my life has been a mess lately and the stress of it had me noticing the floaters again. The doctors are still a bit worried because my cornea/4retina is so messed up from multiple surgeries that they dint want me to have another surgery anymore. Seeing your videos remind me the beauty of this world and I could never that k you enough for existing.

Disney actors must hear so many stories and so good at acting on the spot. I went for first time when i was 18 and was blown away at rapunzal how she said she she was 18 when she left the tower and explore etc and love to see my art etc. It felt so special

I could tell that whoever was in that costume has just the biggest heart in the world, how he was just caressing your hands when you were showing the eyes, and straight up when you met him he took your hands to touch his whole costume and the set... I am so sorry you’re going through some health problems at the moment, challenges involving our health is so hard. I was just hospitalized last week here on our Hawaiian vacation and I’m still healing from my infection, so I get it. 💙 Even when I am in so much pain, I have to remind myself of all the blessings God has given me. Having a positive perspective is key to finding joy in the mist of our sorrow. I keep holding on to hope, faith, and my joy! Many blessings :-)

Okay, they both were SO sweet and gentle and sensitive to meeting you, BUT MICKEY WAS... I could tell that whoever was in that costume has just the biggest heart in the world, how he was just caressing your hands when you were showing the eyes, and straight up when you met him he took your hands to touch his whole costume and the set... Well done Disney, for having such great staff
You really embody the meaning and heart of Joy, it's so fitting that is your name. That you decided to be Joy and spread that to everyone you meet. "I decided long ago to choose joy even in the midst of my sorrow. Every time our family comes back to this magical place, I feel joy all around me. I may not see with my eyes anymore, but I see with my hear what matters most of all." This is a reminder and an inspiration to me, thank you for being Joy, inspiring me, educating others and living with love. Joy is a choice, I have to remind myself that every day, sometimes several times a day. It’s so easy to focus on our pain, sorrow, and disappointments, but I don’t want to live there. I fight to find joy every day even through the pain! It’s so worth it! Life is worth it! My children and husband are worth it! You all are worth it! 😘💛

I am so sorry you’re going through some health problems at the moment, challenges involving our health is so hard. I was just hospitalized last week here on our Hawaiian vacation and I’m still healing from my infection, so I get it. 💙
Even when I am in so much pain, I have to remind myself of all the blessings God has given me. Having a positive perspective is key to finding joy in the mist of our sorrow. I keep holding on to hope, faith, and my joy! Many blessings :-)

HONESTLY, THESE DISNEY ACTORS ARE INCREDIBLE. it didnt matter if joy couldnt see, its the SPIRIT OF MINNIE theyre giving her. and i think thats what made me cry the most
They were so kind to you but the part when Mickey started guiding your hand ... I burst into tears .. did that touch anyone else how it touched me because it gave me a whole new outlook on Disney. A completely different one omg
