Mine's arriving this Thursday! I'm SO glad this shipped out earlier than the estimated date! I never owned the original one from the 90's, and I am not going to pay a ridiculous aftermarket price for it, so this one will be more than sufficient! Can't wait to get it in hand!
Hopefully Legacy Transmetal Meagtro will not suffer from GPS (Gold Plastic Syndrome), like his original Beast Wars counterpart, if it were to be released.

I like the figure, but would have prefered if they avoided the hollowness in the wings, with Galaxy Prime wasn't a big problem because the hollowness is on the back, but with Tigerhawk is harder to overlook in robot mode. Even so I'm glad Hasbro is bringing some of the most prominent Fuzors into the Legacy line.
I love his colors finally correct purple instead of the cobalt blue on the vintage one. I do miss the firing wings and cannons on the original and the feet that have springs, but I do think this toy looks more accurate. His robot face especially is so spot on !!! So glad they got rid of the weird mask thing on the original toy. He never had that in the show and it always bothered me loL
YOU JUST KNOW some Chad is gonna make the battle mask for him and clearly wing fillers. Im still hoping for a decent Nova Prime wing fix that is not 3d printed.

United Tigerhawk's beast head has a strange unused slot. I'm thinking if we get a Razorclaw repaint out of him, that might include the bird helmet (Since he actually used it in the comics) It also means that if any company does an upgrade kit for him, they have an easy way to incorporate it.
I'm kinda hoping they do the black Razorclaw recolor at some point as the original was one of my first transformers and is the only pre-2018 figure that I still have (lost the rest or they might be in boxes somewhere)
I still have my original Tigerhawk, although one of the feet broke off be all of the missiles disappeared. Can’t wait to get this version to replace my original
Got my Tigerhawk today. Only issue is that one of the claws on the robotic robot mode foot is too long, and scrapes against the leg cavity in transformation.
Oh I can’t wait to get my hands on the Legacy TigerHawk I never owned the original one but I’ll be really really excited when I can add the Legacy TigerHawk to my collection.
My old friend had the OG 2000s Universe Razorclaw figure which IMO was incredible at the time and I loved it, hope they actually repaint him in to Razorclaw. But this new figure is pretty cool, and I do enjoy his Transformation.
I love him em go he’s real beefy and his transformation was technical and he has a lot of accessories for a beast wars member and I’m now excited for magmatron … he’s also a real leader class size !
The feathers supposed to be a sword, but on hand it looks like it's a fabulous handheld decoration... Jokes aside, glad that Hasbro waited to do the maximals so their designers/engineers have hone their skills. The collapsing torso is almost third party like. Sadly I couldn't collect transformers figures anymore, the price is just insane today, compared to 5 years ago when I'm still actively collecting. Thankfully I still have these videos to appreciate how toy engineering have progressed.
Just got mine today and he's pretty badass. I do want to see some wing fillers as an upgrade kit - it seems like an obvious thing to do, so I doubt it'll take long.

Got this guy right before Xmas. It's funny. It seems so obvious now that I watched your review vs others, but flipping up that panel on the beast head in beast mode...no other reviewer even mentioned that at all. And I'm embarrassed to admit even I didn't think of doing that to let him move his head up in that mode. The figure has some bizarre engineering decisions like the robot head not being able to look up and the wrists not even having swivels, but hopefully DNA designs comes up with something for this like a new back half of the head and hands since I just noticed they're only held in by friction hinges.
I am so excited for this figure. I was never able to get the original, considering I was only three when it was released. I really hope they repaint this guy into Razorclaw from the universe line.
An issue I have with this figure that I see nobody else talk about is the proportions being off. He’s just too bulky in the chest area. Like they kept everything else the correct size, but because the cheats is too big, it makes his arms, legs, and especially hands look way too small. I know a lot of the Beast Wars figures in Kingdom 1 to 1 to their on screen appearance, but Tigerhawk and Scorponok really feel like misses.
I can write two paragraphs on this. I'll simply say if someone can manage to take this apart and airbrush it & get it back together I'd like the look more.
The proportions of the original seem a lot more imposing, in both modes. I don't think HasTak understood the assignment in updating the emissary of the Vok.
I don't like Beast Wars all that much and this just looks like a strange mess but what I would like to know is why go from blue on the original figure to purple on the Legacy United one?
I know that Tigerhawk is a fusion of the two, but I would love to see a graduation skit where Airazor and Tigatron are so proud of their baby boy going off to college.
I mainly want this guy to go with my Transmetal 2 Megatron. Since there aren't really any new Beast Wars figures that go with it (Maybe POTP Optimal Optimus. But I honestly don't think he's worth it) Also, I had the original TM2 Megatron while my cousin had Tigerhawk. We use to play with those two figures all the time.

Great figure, but the only thing better than the original is a little more articulation. And the original still has pretty satisfying articulation IMO and is better in every other way. Crazy how good the first release was!

I like the subtle little asymmetric details they put in, it's a nice nod to the old toy but not overpowering either.
