@amjidali588 he is talking about the revolt that happened against the previous president Abdullah Saleh during the so-called Arab spring. A group of ikhwanis instigated a revolt that led to his downfall. This set off a civil war which resulted in the houthis gaining ascendancy in some parts of Yemen. Salih himself sought the aid of the houthis even though he fought thempreviously , and then turned against them after he saw their true colours. Then the houthis seized power forcing the Yemeni rulers to call upon the gulf countries for aid. This current war with houthis started with that revolt back in 2011.

"O you who have believed, indeed many of the scholars and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah . And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment". (Qur'an 9:34)
The Prophet (saw) said: “There is something more I fear for my Ummah more than the Dajjal: “Misguided scholars.” (Musnad Ahmad)
Abdullah bin Amr narrates the Prophet (saw) said: “Most of the hypocrites of my Ummah will be its Qurra’ (i.e. evil scholars).” (Musnad Ahmad)
The Prophet (saw) stated: “The worst ulama visit the homes of unjust and oppressive leaders while the best leaders visits the homes of ulama.” (Ibn Majah)
Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra) reported: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, “Verily, among what I fear most for my nation is every hypocrite with a knowledgeable tongue.” (Musnad Ahmad)
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: “Undoubtedly, Allah loves those rulers who keep the company of scholars (Ulama) and He hates those scholars who maintain ties with rulers.
Because, when the scholars frequent the rulers then the scholars incline towards the world, whereas, when the rulers frequent the scholars then the rulers incline towards the Hereafter.” (Imam Daylami)
Ubadah bin Samit (ra) said: “If a pious learned man loves the rulers, he commits hypocrisy, and if he loves the rich, he commits show.” (Ihya Ulum al Din)
Ka’b ibn ‘Ujrah reported: The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, “Verily, rulers will come after me and whoever enters their abode, affirms their lies, and supports their oppression, they are not part of me and I am not part of them; they will have no presence at the Fountain. Whoever does not enter their abode, does not support their oppression, and does not affirms their lies, he is part of me and I am part of him; he will be present at the Fountain.” (Tirmidhi 2190)

No. Stay silent and obey. The Hadith is clear, will you submit or will you follow your desires? Whoever intends to advise one with authority, he should not do so publicly. Rather, he should take him by the hand and advise him in private. If he accepts the advice, all is well. If he does not accept it, he has fulfilled his duty.

We need to change ourselves back to good and our familys and supplicate to Allah the freedom for our palestinian brothers and sisters and be patient for Allah’s decree. And we should not do acts where we do not have the a precedence from the prophets and the sahaba like critizing other leaders, protesting calling for khurooj. May Allah guide us and aid us. May Allah give glad tidings to the palestinians and the whole muslim community.

They are treated differently compared to the common man. @@Seowneche-lh8ff The Quran says whoever doesnt judge by what Allah has revealed are the disbelievers, in the ayah he says they are the wrongdoers, in the next ayah he calls them sinners. The scholars have differenciated between muslims who become disbelievers and the muslims who still stay muslims but are wrongdoers and sinners.
You might ask what do the scholars use as evidance. Firstly the ayah of them being disbelievers is general so we cant use it by itself as an evidance. So we go to the sahaba. Ibn Abbaas said it is not major kufr but minor kufr. It only becomes kufr if you believe the man made laws are better.
Here is the evidance:
Ibn Abi Hatim narrated from Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Yazid Al-Muqri from Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah from Hisham ibn Hujajr from Tawus from Ibn Abbas who said:
"{And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, they are the disbelievers}, this is not the form of Kufr that they (the Khawarij) think of."
[Tafsir Ibn Abi Hatim hadith 6434]
Imam Ahmad was asked about the narration of Tawus where he said: "It is not disbelief that makes a person leave the religion." To which he said:
"That was said on the verse of Surah al-Maaidah verse 44: 'And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, they are the disbelievers.'"

And Abul-Mudhaffar as-Sam'ani said in his tafsir (2/42), "And know that the Khawarij use this verse (5:44) as evidence and they say, 'whoever does not rule by what Allaah has revealed is a disbeliever' whereas Ahl-us-Sunnah say such a one does not disbelieve by abandoning judgement by what Allaah has revealed."
Sheikh ul Islam ibn Taymiyya (rahimahullah) said about this:
“This ayah (5:44) is what khawarij use as evidence for doing takfir on the rulers who do not rule by what Allah has revealed, then they claim that they believe it is the Judgment of Allah.”

Sheikh ul Islam ibn Taymiyya (rahimahullah) said:
Therefore from the statements of the Salaf were: "A person can have within him both īmān and kufr" and likewise within their saying: "that one can have within him both īmān and kufr, it is not the kufr which expels one from the Religion." Just as Ibn 'Abbās and his companions (students)
stated in regards to the saying of Allāh,
"And whoever does not judge by what Allāh Has Revealed - then it is those who are disbelievers." [al-Mā'idah (5):44]
They said it means: "They disbelieved with a type of kufr which does not expel one from the Religion", and Ahmad and other Imāms of the Sunnah followed him in that.
