Sorry for the long comment, but I feel it necessary :) I'm a footballer who had achilles tendon surgery, then suffered nerve & muscle damage in the same foot/leg 8 months later from a stingray sting (yes, some of us have all the luck :P ). I've spent the better part of a frustrating 20 months (hours every day) trying to rehabilitate things to a point I'm happy with (I have a long way to go yet). I've tried to think "outside the box", and incorporate exercises from anywhere I can, which is why I started searching for ballet exercises. Thank you so much for posting these foot & leg videos, they've added a whole new dynamic to my regime, and have really made a big impact in my recovery. The other thing is, my eyes have been opened to the manner in which dance, ballet in particular, is amazing training for a football player, in so many facets. There is a real connection physically between the two sports, I only wish I had seen this years ago. Guys might laugh at this, but if you're a football player, I would encourage you to get into some dance/ballet training, it will make you a much better athlete all around! Thanks again!!

Can't agree more.. I am taking ballet training after my proximal hamstring injury from taekwondo high side kick last year.. It turns out due to my flat feet that cause inalignment and instability of my pelvis that cause my hamstring muscle groups work double.. I was tired as well that time so my muscle kind of weak. So I need regular training to strengthen my feet muscles.. Then I thought to take ballet. It improves my foot, legs, pelvis stability, balance, and strength.. also I listened to my body to take rest regularly for muscle recovery ❤

It's funny how your deep voice does not match your appearance.

You posted the same on another video. It sounds like you are trying to be mean or provoke. She has a beautiful voice. Didn't your mama tell you if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all?
