Worked for Pepsi for a year. Solid pay , home every night . But yeah the OT rules were dumb , plus the equipment usually is raggedy. A good first year job they hire any and everybody
@@zobe5172 pretty much you don’t get it. The hourly rate didn’t change for me after 40 hrs.. I was at the Little Rock location in Arkansas tho so be sure to check where you’re at
I am the sole delivery driver for my company..I deliver water 5 gallon bottles to Business and residential..It is roughly 1400 + costomers on a 20 routes a month…I am payed commission..over 6 figures and hardly work 40 hours a week…it’s the best job on this planet!!
I have a South African license It’s called EC or code 14 = US CDL I’m looking for a company w sponsorship for truck jobs around US or Canada... my license it’s 2 years
Sounds like pepsi treats the drivers pretty well The non Union benefit off the dues paying Teamsters just like the non union autoworkers got raises when the union auto makers got a raise after striking
True im 40yrs old and I out work the younger drivers I’m going on 2 yrs I like the job not to bad summer is the worst time but once you learn the job then everything is a breeze made over 80 grand last year could have made 90

4x10 hr shifts is what sold me
10hr? Yeah sure 😂 10 is a small route day
You’re scheduled for 10 but it’s more like 11-16 depending on the route
Yeah but 2000$ your paycheck a week so its all good @TJ-100
More like 1400 every 2 weeks lol
Pepsi-alright let his family go

Not really they suck, employees get fired for dumb reasons
@csgto7676 well someone has to do the job anyways.
@@everdream741someone should, don't let that be you if you can avoid it
Their pay isn't good like it used to be. Food service winning.

They have a job on indeed paying 23.10 an hour they are paying forklift drivers more at PROCTOR AND GAMBLE 🤯
That’s horrible overtime after 10 is a no go for me
It’s anything over 40hr is considered OT
That’s even worse
It's because you work 4 days and not 5. It makes sense.
@@ImAyBeasttf you want free OT?

They just lay offs where I’m at and I’m pissed because I did good. Plus I got paid GREAT!!
Definitely a young man's profession. Lifting those cases daily will mess your back up if you +35
