@getter7seven Heard this first time in 73. At my friends home. First a pipe than headphones - realy a ride....
Awesome, I will surely investigate these specific groups/naming conventions when I get a good stretch of time to do so.
Hi getter,
Check out Indo-Prog / Raga Rock, a sub-genre of progressive movement: Clark-Hutchinson, East of Eden, Third Ear Band, Quintessence, Aktuala (they come from Italy). \o/
great song, I've first heard this song on XM's "Deep Tracks" and it totally blew me away, would you by any chance have "Kings and Queens" (studio version)?
Funny thing about this album. Seems I can't just listen to it. I start singing along at some point.
hi getter,
i recommend the earlier Camel records, up to Rain Dances
ROFL...Ahahahahahahah!
It did that to me the first time I heard it over 30 years ago!
Bzzzzzzz
@colokoehler Hey, it may have been me!! I turned as many people on the this music as I could!
I don't suppose anybody could recommend me some other songs/bands rather exactly in line with Rajah Khan? Liked it for years now despite it being well before my time, but it doesn't exactly neatly fall into the genres....
Old Pink Floyd, Meddle -- or maybe Jethro Tull Passion Play?
too cool for me :-(
