Uncalled for engineering has been forced into the design which will add no value to recharge work but will surely increase wastage of money,material, time and space. The chamber was not required here and should have been where the down pipe was touching ground near the building. The burial of 2 drums with holes all around and brick work to hold drums in place is absolutely of no significance and simply a waste to money. The flowing water could have been left in the dug pit as such.
