​Please be advised, while Lee County has resumed accepting reservations for pavilions, campsites, lodges and other amenities, the county continues to take a phased-in approach to re-opening facilities using guidance from the Centers for Disease Control. As the county continues to monitor and evaluate new data with partners at the Florida Department of Health, guidelines for the number of people allowed or social distancing recommendations may change. For the protection of all of park patrons, COVID-19 guidelines under effect during the scheduled time of your reservation will be enforced.
The Train Museum and Train Rides as well as the EZ Rider are closed until further notice because of the panademic.

About the Park
Dogs are not allowed in this park.
Parking Fee is $1 per hour or $5 per day. Lee County Parking Stickers are valid at this location.
The Lakes Park Enrichment Foundation maintains several gardens on the site including a children's garden, community garden, fragrance garden, and succulent garden.
The Railroad Museum of Southwest Florida is located at this park and offers miniature train rides seven days a week.
Volunteer Opportunities are available at this park.

Rentals
Bicycle and boat rentals are available through Wheel Fun Rentals.
Pavilions are available to rent online or calling [phone]. The Lodge, Amphitheater and Garden Gazebo may only be reserved by calling [phone]. The earliest your reservation may be done is no more than 180 days prior to your event date. Book ahead of time because they typically book 4-6 months in advance!

@@daytrippingswflorida941 I lived in Summerlin Woods for over 51/2 years and visited Lakes Park often. It was lovely then but looked much improved now in your video. The volunteers are great and their affection shows up in their accomplishments. My thanks to all of you!

How come there wasn't many people there? It's so cool 😎 I would love to live near something like this! It cracked me up that they have winter splash pad hours. Wouldn't happen here in southern Oregon!
