PMA CADETS LEARN LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES FROM RANGER C

When I met some cadets during my visit to PMA, I shared to them how to lead the subordinates in achieving a certain mission. One of them, a yearling (2nd year cadet), was a nephew of the former AFP Sergeant Major and the other one, a plebe, was the son of a police officer. I encouraged them to become good leaders starting from their cadetship.
