Curiously enough, I got the exact same compressor (well, it was a present) and it works very well, except it gets a bit noisier when it's a bit hot. Still, it does not heat very much and it is silent enough. BUT you're right, the pressure cycle is too short so I don't see a huge difference between having a tank or not. The compressor works marginally less with the tank, but it is just small I think and the on and off pressures are too close to each other. As for the airbrush, I ALSO got it a couple months ago, the exact same model, because I wanted a cheap model with "floating" nozzle. I had to return it, though, because the one I got leaked air everywhere, and the nozzles were so off-center that it was impossible to airbrush for more than a couple minutes. I'm happy to see yours works like a charm! I finally got a Gahleeri, also floating nozzle but works MUCH better than the Fengda I had to return, and so far I haven't even polished the needles. Great video, thanks a lot!
Got one... the very same but mine is all branded Fengda. Ive had it a few years. My airbrush came with 0.3, 0.5 and 0.8 needles. All Ive done is polish the needles... It makes cheap airbrushes 1000% better.
Great video thanks. I'm a newbie at 62 yrs old just started model aircraft. Wondering what you opinion is between The Fengda AG326- Airgoo Compressor with 3L tank & the Timbertech Professional ABPST08? Thanks Tony (Rotherham UK)
that adaptor is for a full size compressor to the airbrush hose compressor. I use a 15 gallon compressor, so it doesn't have the smaller adaptor for the airbrush hose.
I've got the exact same combo! bought it last year.. I think the compressor is great but I'm not exactly thrilled with the airbrush :/ this is my first ever airbrush and I consider myself still a beginner when it comes to airbrushing.. but I have to say that I haven't quite enjoyed using this particular airbrush :/ itnwas fine at first but recently the trigger started to get stuck when pressing it down for air... I have to kinda press it again to get it unstuck.. but at least I've tried to maintain it properly.. and recently I've dissassembled it down to the last part, cleaned all of the parts, lubricated them and put it back together but it still gets stuck too often :/ this iffy user experience is what's keeping me from using it more often so as a consequence I'm reluctant to buy an expensive H&S or iwata airbrush because I feel they would be overkill for my skill level...
A sticky trigger usually (99.99% of the time) is due to paint leaking back into the airvalve mechanism. Unscrewing the complete mechanism & thoroughly cleaning it with mild soapy water, then making sure it is completely rinsed clean of any soap, replace it. That should cure it completely. One rule: NEVER tip your airbrush backwards. Keep the front end tilted forward at all times.
@@Wayneawebb thanks! I've done what you suggest when I dissassembled it for cleaning.. I cleaned every milimeter of it thouroughly and the trigger still gets sticky... I didn't know you shouldn't tip the airbrush back, but I don't think I've done it anyway since I use it to paint mostly small parts so it's easier to manouver the part around the airbrush rather than vice versa :/

How many minutes can it run continuously?
Not tried that to the max ..longest I've naturally used it was 1.5 hours
@@greedy3d480 uninterrupted, 1.5 hours without turning it off? Is that enough time to paint a 3d model?
