Awesome video! I've just spent the last 3 months living here and my favorite spot is also the rooftop garden. I'm delighted to be retiring here for good in October 🧡🥰
You can get a cheaper price, which is 300-500 dollars a month with the same facilities, just a little far from the city center, but if you are near the monorail station, it is worth it because the monorail tickets are very cheap too.
@@StanaPiehow are you finding places like this for $700 on Airbnb? I am looking for a place in KL for 1/2 months but something like this in good location is always $1000+
Thanks for the full gym walkthrough starting at 1:32. With so much open space, why didn't they install a Smith machine, but instead dropped 2 round tables with chairs??
Thank you for coming to my country Malaysia ☺️ Kuala Lumpur where I live. At night the scenery in Kuala Lumpur is really beautiful 🌃 it can be said that the night time is very busy here 🤭 . I hope you come back to Malaysia again. because there are many interesting places here and food heaven 👍🏻
Thank you so much for your support ❤️ yeah, I’m gonna come back to KL again soon, I hope in December , it’s so good city and country and everyone is so friendly
this was such a helpful video thank you! Im trying to pick apartments myself in KL its difficult to get a feel for a place just looking online at pictures.
What an epic view of the city! Would you know if there are a lot of Russian-speaking expats living in KL? I have a lot of students from Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia who ask me this question. They know a lot about Thailand but not much about Malaysia.
So what? I can’t control the price of apartments in this condo, if you can’t find any apartments in this condo on Airbnb , it means they are no longer there and other owners and sources want to set a higher price

Whenever I see a video like this it feels empty. I never see people in the gym, the pool, the lobby etc do people live there ? Must feel very isolated.
It’s so good city. It’s very clean and amazing. But I think some food is so expensive, if you can compare food prices with prices in Bangkok or Jakarta, food in the grocery stores is much more expensive in KL, and honestly, I still like Bangkok more, but KL is good too
If these foreigners keep saying cheap cheap cheap, I think the real estate agents should hike up the prices for them! I am so fed up hearing how cheap it is to live in Malaysia (bc their money is more expensive than us). Just be grateful to God that you can live a luxurious life here in Malaysia than your own country.
I guess if you would travel abroad to either Europe or USA, you’d probably would end up saying expensive expensive expensive. Would I as a Westerner be fed up? Of course not, it’s how it is. I don’t need to thank any god for that, it’s just a fact. Why take offense?
@@StanaPie some utubers made malaysia their base while discovering SEA and asia as kl is connected to all over asia. Maybe you could do the same if you feel comfortable with it
If it’s not a cheap for you, it doesn’t mean it’s not. If you compare this apartment with apartments in a poor state, then yes it is expensive, but if you compare it with rent in America or Japan or China, for example, then it is not expensive

Aria Residence does not show up in Airbnb. And when I go through other sources, the short term monthly rent is more like $1000 USD. Your thoughts?

According to youtube you can rent a 3 bed 3 bathroom apt in KL for 840 usd per month. Yours is pricey....

What is great about looking at building and having dinner. No nature views
Not everyone wants to look at nature, for example, I adore a big city and I don’t need this view of nature, can you imagine this happens
