    Well hopefully in a few more orders, I'll be able to cop one. I already got a craftsman compresser. Hopefully it will be a bit cheaper by the time I'm able to get it lol. Thanks again Matt. This answers my question on your ig I left haha

    I had one when i did gun stippling. This is actually based off of shofu. It's a dentist tool actually. But I believe graphic transfer were the one's who started the trends of using Shofu kits for woodworking.

    Have had a Shofu Lab AirZ for the past 10 years. Been carving wood, tile, glass, metal and eggshells. Dremel is a no match for this.

    Hi, Matt...been watching your videos for a very long time. My question on XS400 is the dust. I use the Dremel 2050 Stylus, and I've got Strong 202 Micro Motor where I do mostly glass. My work is generally outside; but, if the XS400 doesn't produce a whole big mess of dust shaving etc., then in the winter, I can use it in my basement. I love relief work, and thinking this may just be the ticket. Would a dust collection be necessary?

    • @CorneliusCreations
      @CorneliusCreations  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s not necessary but I do recommend one for what you are doing. Buy once cry once lol.

  • @danceswithaardvarks3284
    @danceswithaardvarks3284 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    That's awesome, thanks for sharing. How much carving time were you getting between tank refills? Do you think you could run this using a free standing 5 gallon bottle? I don't have room in my workshop for a compressor, but I do have a compressor in my garage and have a 5 gallon bottle.

    • @markyoder3123
      @markyoder3123 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have one. It won’t run long on a bottle. The 4.6 gallon compressor that came with it runs every few minutes for me.

    • @danceswithaardvarks3284
      @danceswithaardvarks3284 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Mark. I thought this might be the case. I can't afford to run a compressor , dust extractor and tools at the same time, so I can give this tool a miss.
