Hanahan is the best of all worlds. Centrally located to ALL of the different Charleston areas and somewhat reasonably priced housing. However, remember that commute times will be brutal if you live in one area and have to drive to another. You need to live near where you work, play, and worship.

I'm a very active 60 year old single woman. Love music, and shopping, outdoor fun. Do you have suggestions as to where to begin? I want to find the course and buy a home in the area. Most likely, I'll be looking for a townhouse
Great informative video. My 22 year old daughter is relocating to Charleston next month. She took a job in Summerville, but wants to rent in a place full of young single people. Also loves the beach. James islands good choice? She willing to drive 30 minutes to work. Any other ideas? We are going next week to look at apartments (from FL) thanks so much
