Stopped playing for 20 years and when I got back for the life of me couldn’t break 90 even with swing analysis, classes etc.. One day I just decided to close the clubface by 2 mm from upright in terms of the club marking and I shot 80.. no more slice.. Took my clubs in and had new grips mounted with central 2mm to left from what the machine said and now I’m on 7hc

Gotta be tough to do what you guys do while constantly trying/having to innovate. I found this format fresh, exciting and unique way to get a cool angle on other golf personalities. Greta work. I did learn to get all my wrist positions good when I first was learning to play during covid, I'm contacting everything great but wasn't consistently hitting my balls straight with that baby fade or draw, took me until a month ago that when I just added hip mobiilty in my back swing my game leveled up. I think hip mobility is also extremely important in the golf swing and should be taught a lot more
I say Impact is the best tip for consistency. If you have some forward shaft lean at impact gives you consistent sold shots . Even slight shaft lean is better than none at all .

I am the same way! If I’m not snowboarding, I want nothing to do with the snow. But I will say, snowboarding and skiing helped me with distance on my golf swing because it is such a good core workout.

It’s all about setup, and swing direction my friend. Let’s say you’re reaching for the ball too much at setup(weight too much on your toes). Then, you’re swinging out at the ball a little too much. This combo makes it impossible to maintain your balance through your finish.

Liked the comment (paraphrasing here) there is not one tip that will fit every golfer. I believe that you can take the elements of any tip and apply them to how they fit into "your swing". Like baseball, everyone has a natural swing. It just comes down to getting to the impact zone on time.
WELL ACTUALLY, (haha) In the late 60's early 70's there were quite a few cross handed golfers. Growing up in Alabama many of the African American kids used that for whatever reason, but even so many other golfers did as well. I knew 5 or 6 kids in our school who used it and they seemed to hit it farther on average. We used persimmon woods and balata balls so that does beg the question would cross handed golfers benefit more with modern equipment or older equipment. My guess is older stuff because we were way more handsy back then making the ball work one way or other. I believe there is a few out there still. THIS WOULD MAKE A GOOD VIDEO EVERYONE PLAY CROSSHANDED! :)
Great vid. I think the grant leaving good good conspiracy were blown out of proportion and grant to just wanted to have freedom and do his own thing and I think things happen, people change and life goes on .

Only time i've seen it used is more for people standing up in their down-swing, so it was more meant as holding your position until somewhere near contact. Mabee its lost its explanation over time ... or people just want to take it literally these days i'm not sure.
