Because the recon juggernaut has more gear than "regular" juggernaut in theory cause of the riot shield 🛡 it can be very tank compare to regular juggernaut. However there another video that shows recon juggernaut is much weaker than regular juggernaut however still tanky compar to normal "operator" Personally I love juggernaut recon ❤ more than regular juggernaut and its a cheaper killstreak 😁
To me, the Juggernaut Scout is more of a kill streak to support the team with an endless UAV than a menacing killing machine. As for me, he lacks endless ammo for reloading.
