    In this video, I guide you through each step, from preparing the strawberries and lemon juice to filling and processing the jars.     📋 *Ingredients:*
    - 6 cups whole strawberries (approx. 2 lbs)
    - 4 cups lemon juice
    - 6 cups sugar
    📌 *Steps:*
    1. Prepare canner, jars, and lids.
    2. Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor.
    3. Combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar in a large pot.
    4. Heat the mixture to 190°F, stirring occasionally.
    5. Fill hot jars with the mixture, leaving a quarter-inch headspace.
    6. Seal jars and process in the canner for 15 minutes (adjust for altitude).
    7. Let jars cool, check seals, and store.
    Enjoy this refreshing drink all year round by simply reconstituting with water or blending with ice for a delicious slushy!

      Wonderful! Strawberries are definitely in season, so it's a great time to make it! I saw strawberries on sale at Aldi right now for $1.09 a pound. You may not have an Aldi, and if you do, they may not have the same deal, but it's worth checking out if you need to buy strawberries.

      Thanks! Last time we were there (which was a few years back), it had changed a lot, and unfortunately, not for the better. Though there still are some nice places, some parts of town had really gone downhill.
