Commodore Rocker cover gaskets

Well G'day everyone
Today Down the shed im working on the VY Commodore project car replacing the rocker cover gaskets.
This old VY Commodore project is getting a heap of love before we take it over the pits for it inspection, I'm hoping it passes first shot.
I hope this video helps you out if your thinking about replacing the rocker cover gaskets.

Great video. I've never done this before, but I'll have to do it this week. I have a VX Commodore which looks almost identical under the hood. Might even be the same engine.

Did mine a few years back, man if you want to clean the inside of the cover it will take longer than taking them off and putting them back on!

Hey mate, I’ve let mu vy sit for a few months id like to get some oil to circulate around my engine before starting. Not sure on the best way to approach this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated 👍

Maybe just remove the fuel pump relay before doing anything then turn it over for abit
