AHH Danny, your reaction to those lovely ladies who recognised you... Pure gold! If you think about all the people you've met on your travels and how many of those have been bad? So very few... Most people in this world are good people! Fabulous episode, absolutely loved it.
You are the hardest riding guy out there. Aren't many people that will ride the places and the roads you do!! Riding the miles you do on those shitty roads has my respect. I don't know how anyone could think less

I learned a long time ago, when navigating with my iPhone, to download an entire area map instead of just my route. That way, if you need to reroute or detour, the maps are there without an internet connection.

Danny, Another great episode . Who & why a Harley rider , who is anyone why is because & that's them that ride a Harley is that when we get on they always give you the biggest inner smile & this you don't know until you ride one. Can't wait till the next episode
I was riding with a former US Marine in Guatemala when we came upon an overturned trayback on the highway. He briefly slowed down and then carried on. Stopping for fresh fruit later on, he said the guy would have had to have been dead, but he made it sound like there was someone still in it.
Another great video Danny. It might be time to consider a GPS if you have a lot of sketchy cell service, and maybe an app to translate to different languages. It might make your time on the road a little easier. It is to bad you didn't have more time to enjoy the countries that you are riding through. You know to stop and smell the roses once in a while.
I was thinking exactly that. A GPS would save time and a little more effort on trying to communicate with the locals in their language perhaps with an app would solve some of his frustration 😂😂
It should come to know surprise that even in a country as small as El Salvador that there would be someone who recognized you Danny it has to be reassuring that your content is something people in all corners of the world follow even the non riders be careful and ride safe mate God love ya
I spent 1 month in El Salvador. Really liked it great people. Was there in 1992. Would like to go back as when I went they had just finished a 12 year Civil war .

I came here from Shadetree Surgeon's channel so I know a little bit of the future. I am thoroughly enjoying your trip. A buddy of mine has been talking about making the same ride but I declined the invitation because of the schedule he wants to try.
I enjoy this channel. When I travel, what really bothers me are selfish people who cut in line in front of me or try to bully me. The people who try to cheat me by not giving me correct change or any change, I don't get upset so much about, I know they view me as being rich enough to travel, and their life is no picnik. I enjoy getting out of my comfort zone. At home, time passes by so quickly, even 20 to 25 years. But when I travel and have these obstacles, time moves as it should - I remember everything, especially the kind people I meet. It's sad that we can never go back in time - there are specific moments when I wish I had hugged a person or just to see them again and appreciate them. Even the not so pleasant moments, it would be good to see things again with our now different world view.

Low profile tires make it easier for rims to dent. Higher profile tires cushion the impact more, saving the rim.
