Well said about riding alone, I was riding in the pack for years, either chasing or waiting for someone - all the blood time. 2 years ago I hit the road alone, it was a bit strange at first but then I was more than happy to be alone with myself, my bike, my thoughts, and the open road. Regarding your comment about Harley riders: the difference seems to be that you're a rider primarily, who prefers Harleys and other who identify as Harley riders, or maybe more appropriately just Harley "owners" aren't always pureblood riders like yourself. I don't ride a Harley because I don't own one presently, but doesn't mean I won't someday when a Harley is what I specifically want to ride. We can tell that you ride a Harley because it's the right bike for you - but you're a rider first and foremost. You're an inspiration for all riders - not just Harley guys. Please keep doing what you're doing and sharing it with the world!

Yeah as if his cargo flight is the only plane to leave Panama, I'll bet they make 2 flights a day just to get all that US$$$$ cartel cash back to Columbia. 😅 Just reschedule, heck I get computer parts from China to East Coast USA in 7/10 days. It's not the 20th century anymore.

If you would have just taken 6 months of language classes and learned a basic understanding of Spanish. Also, a basic understanding of the places you’re going to before hand. Itchy Boots is a Dutch Woman on a bike that’s made extremely dangerous solo rides and seems to have way better luck and experiences than you. Of course she speaks good conversational Spanish and studies all of the places she will need to ride through ahead of time. I speak Spanish (I’m from the 41:41 American Southwest) and ride. I would spend at least a few months learning all the dirt on the countries and regions from actual locals and other people who have ridden through them before even attempting this. I plan on trying to ride from Alaska to the Panama Canal on a KLR in the next few years, but absolutely wouldn’t do it without the language skills and local knowledge, as well as contacts along the way who will help for a price or free because they ride. Someone for Australia just doesn’t have a clue about how some of these Latin American Countries are Sketchy. But there are always good people everywhere that will help if you make an effort with the language. But unfortunately your whole demeanor screams Aussie, when Americans know that even having some Spanish skills will help you in the U.S. Good luck to you, but I foresee many more problems in Sud America cuando Usted Llega. Seriously start learning fundamental Spanish now and get a network of locals that will help you out. Most of this bullshit can be avoided with some Spanish and some confident attitude. Just ask Noraly. I’ve only see her cry once, and she’s a woman. Pull yourself together man. It’s supposed to be fun. But nothing fun comes easy. That’s part of the fun, surviving and continually on. Not talking about being helicoptered out like some pussy journalist. Stick in there😢
People have to realize going to another country because you think it's beautiful and cheap to eat beans and rice its not all its made out to be it is a lot of red tape Just to step foot in to those places you have to research do your homework and most of all learn some Spanish. But I love this guy for following his desire to travel on a bike.

strange that, Itchyboots took her drone into Nicaragua, probably a good idea to watch her video's on how she enters and exits these South American countries
Sorry for your frustration! I went through a similar situation in 2002 when my mother and I drove from Ohio to Niagara Falls, Canada. At the time, you could just cross into Canada by showing your US driver's license, which we did. Apparently, though, the Canadian government had already changed that after 9-11. Thus, the Canadian customs officers gave us a hard time despite the fact that we were nicely dressed and looked like your average people and despite the fact that we explained to them that we were just going to the Canadian side of the falls and back to the States. After a pretty long, frustrating wait, rolling eyes, and mean looks, we were allowed in Canada! Fortunately, though, going back to the States was much easier just by showing our Ohio license! Now, your case was unusual because millions of travelers go through Central America every year without a hitch! Therefore, you as a traveler should always be informed and be mentally prepared for any inconvenience when traveling abroad! I learned that myself! So, I follow these tips ever since: 1_Don't assume anything, like we did, when traveling abroad because each country has her own laws and quirks even within your own language sphere. 2_Do some deep researching about the legal requirements of each of the countries you're planning to visit, so you won't end up in a messy situation, like you did. 3_Last but not least, if you're traveling out of the Anglosphere (Bahamas, Canada, Jamaica, US) and into the Latinsphere, learn some Spanish! At least the basics, bring a dictionary with you, or simply use Google translator! Just don't assume everyone knows English! The traveler's the one responsible to get acquainted with the host country's language, not otherwise! Good luck with the rest of your trip!
My dad had a 45/45 H-D. It was probably war surplus and the only biker movie at that time was maybe Brando. Chopping probably didn't come 'til Fonda and Dern and he was more concerned about keeping it going. There were no highways at that time, so it was really bugs or bug spray in your face. Civilized transport was still by train.
He doesnt have any internet signal. Danny said in the video, he didnt have internet to be able to use translate. The guy behind the counter had a phone that he was using to translate but he wouldnt give it Danny to translate a reply.
El Salvador sounds like the Pac NW. Everybody complains that it always rains in Pac NW, but every time I've gone, it's been sunny and warm. El Salvador is labeled as dangerous, but it seems pretty groovy to me. I wonder how much to rent your hotel room over the winter?

What a legend you are & a darn great series you've put together Danny..
That border was a nightmare.. I'd have given up but you are definitely resilient.
I look forward to seeing how this one continues... 💜🙏💜
You should always have a translator app on your phone so you can communicate with foreign people.... lol. Good luck Danny! The world is unfortunately ruled by bureaucracy!!
Danny have you been on tv. Scuba diving?
I was there at the border. The food 🥘 in Honduras muy bueno.
strange that, Itchyboots took her drone into Nicaragua, probably a good idea to watch her video's on how she enters and exits these South American countries
I love your videos mate. My dream bike would be a Harley or a Yamaha for my motovlogz.✌✌😎😎😊😊
So, I follow these tips ever since:
1_Don't assume anything, like we did, when traveling abroad because each country has her own laws and quirks even within your own language sphere.
Patience...keep the faith
My dad had a 45/45 H-D. It was probably war surplus and the only biker movie at that time was maybe Brando. Chopping probably didn't come 'til Fonda and Dern and he was more concerned about keeping it going. There were no highways at that time, so it was really bugs or bug spray in your face. Civilized transport was still by train.
33:54 there is no way I could cope with this pressure of international travel.. thanks for the videos
34:34
I keep telling you you’re phone has a built in translator. There’s probably 1000 different languages in it.
Was just about to mention that then yours is the first comment I seen👍🏾👍🏾 would certainly help
@@MFFMPN I live around a lot of Hispanics and Asians. It helps a lot.
Been saying that since his last episodes smh🤦🏽♂️ this guy
nahh.. it would be to easy
It used to be dangerous, it's not anymore due to the government heavily cracking down on crime. That's why there is tons of police there
Cheers M.D.B great content and great work.. Cheers Legend
