The game is called yandere simulator. Its a story where the evil character is the protagonist. So its unlikely that would happen since this is probably a story where bad triumphs over good. It would be disingenuous to have us play as ryoba and ayano only to have then lose at the end invalidating all the player’s efforts simply because the bad guy has to lose in the end. I think its nice to have a story where there isnt a happy ending
I'm a little bit late to this, but I've been thinking of a "Bad Ending" for Yandere Simulator. It simply goes like this. Ayano successfully eliminated all her rivals, but the elimination methods have a negative effect on Taro. I'm sure YandereDev mentioned something about giving gifts to Taro to restore his sanity. If Ayano ignores that option, there's no doubt that while Ayano confesses her feelings to him, Taro will reject it or even snap at her if Ayano slips up her stats like in 1980's mode with Ryoba. Taro might murder her and restore justice. The journalist will get his job back, more students will enroll in Akademi and so on.
With Tape 7, I originally thought it was just him having some weird thing about putting cameras. Like he finds joy in people watching which is weird, but not NSFW. But then I realized it's highly implying that he is a voyeur. Like he would put cameras in the boys and girls locker rooms and watch children change their clothing. 0_O
Damn. He really started out so happy and looked forward to being the headmaster of such a good school. But then as the years go on he had no time to do things he wanted, like getting married and raising a family. And instead he just ended up feeling depressed and the only thing he dedicated his time to, apart from Akademi, was to find out information on the Aishi family (supposedly). The amount of information he knows (most of which he really shouldn't) makes him an important character in this game's lore.
Did this guy record students? Is that the blackmail Info-Chan is using to get the room? I have no sympathy or him after listening to these tapes now. What a creep!
@@fawkesrocks actually if you look at the old builds where info-Chan’s face is shown she tells Ayano that she sells the panty shots to boys at the school, and actually now that I think about it that’s not canon anymore 🙃
The fact that we can see this change from being such an optimistic guy to a grumpy old man whos constantly paranoid so easily and evidently by ONLY hearing it, it's heartbreaking. We can hear his optimistic tone at the start of the recording. At the last record, we can hear his paranoia and stress, and him going slowly mad. The recordings also get gradually longer and he vented more often. This is heartbreaking to say the least.
The father is completely fuck up , he picks up Stockholm syndrome and ( got raped by Ryoba ) so he possibly only care about Ayano because he is a some mental problem now
@@Susisidee No it's that, he's did picked up Stockholm syndrome but he doesn't care at all about Ryoba. Because before them going to America (Ryoba after the Journalist) Ayano's father says that if anything happens to Ryoba, it's the least thing he worries about. Basically he doesn't care about Ryoba anymore since Ayano is born. He even got violent in some cases with Ryoba when she says Ayano needs a partner. To which Jokichi aggressively rejects and hopes it doesn't happen. So yeah, Jokichi lost all feelings for Ryoba and he wants to get rid of her or get her to Justice and do something about Ayano.
I’m glad these had stayed in the game these are AWSOME and calming to listen to Then hearing him spiral into insanity (I’m only on like 4) adds more understanding with the game and stuff Also adds background to the character rather than someone who knew ayano’s mother and shocks ayano

I think one error in the tapes is that the headmaster said that dying hair, having relationships n using rooftop would be allowed after Ryoba graduated but in 1980s mode, u can still do all those things.
I think that they should or will only get the dyed hairs and piercings to the delinquents. Being born with colored hair might be normal in their timeline.
Who’s to say those strict rules weren’t placed AFTER the trial til recently? Like maybe the doors to the roof were locked for the longest time after 1989 til somewhere in the late 2010s, or being born with different colored hair seems to be natural in this universe (so not much concern there)
Bruh did ryoba went guerilla warfare on the entire saiko corp when they kidnapped her senpai, i mean that would explain why the employees are afraid to discuss ryoba to the headmaster
Damn. this man started out as a really kind and happy individual and led down the path he didnt want, a path he was forced to take. i feel bad for Him and The Journalist
funny how the headmaster had hallucinated of seeing ryoba, asked everyone around about her and they thought he was crazy lol. mr saikou didnt want to tell him anything like "there was no woman here, nobody came in here during the last half an hour or so"" because the headmaster would have started a scandal, screaming something along the lines of "thats not true, i just saw her, i swear!" but thats just mr. saikou, but what about the employees around? bypassers? they wouldnt actually care about scandals happening, right? they would tell him that he most likely had a hyper realistic hallucination of sorts, not caring about what the response would be, right??
Yes I'm sure in saikos office was definitely a secret chamber where ryoba left without being caught. This is definitely connected to the true ending of ryobas story. The headmaster definitely didn't hallucinate ryoba.
Hallucinations or not, Saikou Corp. wouldn't just employ anyone, especially when it comes to their main location, so the employees would be trained to maintain high levels of secrecy.
I have a theory. What if Ayano and Megami are half siblings? Maybe Mr Saiko had a kid with Ayano's mom first and had another with his wife? That may explain why headmaster exclaims whenever he sees Ayano. Maybe it reminds him of Mr. Saiko? And maybe when he says " The deal is off." He meant that Megami cannot come to the school and search for her sister again?
I’m actually doing a rewrite for yansim where Ayano and Megami are half sisters. Ayano is the product of an affair because Ichirou and Ryoba had a lot of unsorted feelings to each other.
No, he's aware that Ayano is Ryobas daughter considering his second line upon entering his office in the 202X mode. I'm sure he's being cautious as he doesn't want a repeat of events in 1989
Plot Twist: The headmaster is Makoto Naegi from Danganronpa. He starts off very hopeful and eventually falls into despair as Junko Enoshima gets away with multiple murders. I'm joking, don't take me seriously.
I feel so bad for the headmaster, alongside with the journalist. The headmaster was so positive and happy at the start, but then he just got depressed and sad and just grew more and more scared of Ryoba and Ayano.
This might be a stupid thought, but if yandere dev is the one who came up with Kocho's story and all, I think he might have been projecting himself onto him Cause they're sorta similar when you think about it, endlessly working on something (yandere sim/akademi) and never doing anything out of that (no bitches? No wife, no daughter as mentioned in the tapes) And how eager he might have been when he started working in the project (I.e. how kocho was in 1980s mode) versus how its so draining and he allegedly pushes his work to the volunteers (I.e. kocho giving all his work to genka)
I felt bad for him until he Said he put cameras around and did stuff to his students and "almost getting caught would be thrilling" 🤢AND THATS THE BLACK MAIL INFO CHANS USING ON HIM TO GET HER OWN CLUB ROOM-- SHHHIT He's a total creep. 🤢🤢 saying "it doesn't actually harm them" BRO... recording them and doing shit to it IS BAD.
Listen, if anything ever happens at a school, the principal will always be at lest partially responsible. Even if the principle had nothing to do with it or he tried his best, being the principal means that if anything bad happens, your gonna take a part of that blame no matter what.
1980: A happy cheerful young Man then He turned into grudge against Ryoba and then He became so old and on Tape 10 Info Chan asked him for room to help Ayano
After listening to the entirety of the video, does that mean there are supposed to be 11 tapes in total? If we assume that the one tape he's talking about that needs to be destroyed immediately is already disposed of? Huh, cannot help but think about it. Freely share your thoughts in the comments, I wanna keep this new topic before I drop it in a few days.
It's so bad that we're left to wonder about Ichirou Saikou's secret... and the reason for Info-chan coming to school. I think it'd be a mere excuse to say she was just a sadist that came to Akademi to start her own dirty business and threaten other people. She could've done it with other people too, in other places. Maybe she knows more about the 1980s trial than we'd think, and she came to school in the hopes of meeting someone from the Aishi family. But even so... these things would only be revealed at the end of the game, and that really irks me because the game isn't even probably going to be finished.
So amazing! I love the lore of the game so far! P.S. Reuben what video editing software do you use to make videos? i would love to make videos like you!
20:36, if we can connect the dots, I think ryoba went to have a meeting with Mr. saiku because as the S+ rank ending concept shows, senpai was mysteriously taken by Saiku corp (for an unknown reason) after ryoba kidnapped senpai, and they left a note for ryoba in the basement. So my theory is that ryoba decided to negotiate with Mr saikou about senpai and that's pretty much why the headmaster saw ryoba enter the room.
guys mr saikou had a daughter before his son and the sister that left him. its fun girl, he used her as an experiment and now shes dead and her soul travels through space or something like that. now his daughter which is alive is looking for her sister, and info chan COULD be the journalists daughter, thats why id hesitate to use info chan in the finished game, she could be the 11th rival, seaking justice for her father (the journalist)
Theory: I know the exact reason why Ryoba was there.. If you got a specific ending in the new update on Yandere simulator then you might know what I'm talking about if not there will be spoilers... She was there because she was asked to be there. Saikou corp abducted her senpai. That is why she was there.
23:26 is it just me or is this a new theory or I might just be late to this but what if Yanders mom was or IS dating the guy that owns the company AND how did she just walk right in and the employees didn’t say anything about her AND if the secretary is the same secretary from when the headmaster was “younger” than you would think that the loudmouth secretary would say something 👁👄👁 (I hope this makes sense)
Tape 1 and 2 showed that his life was so good. But it turned out to be a complete nightmare after tape 3, tape 3 and farther somewhat describing the Aishi invasion, an invasion of a family tree of yandere
Tape 9 is definitely something the headmaster was afriad of when he spoke about a hacker blackmailing him or as least I think. The fact he says "They must not know about the convo me and Mr saiko had" or something along those lines proves my suspicion thats the tape he is talking about unless it's another secret tape Edit: Also if the saiko corps really has taken over the world they could have kidnapped Ryoba and Ayano and killed them to end the yandere generation but no that never happened. It's making me think there's a connection between those two
HOLY CRAP, AT 8:47 THE HEADMASTER IS TALKING ABOUT THAT SAISHO’S DAUGHTER IS TRYING TO FIND FUN FIRL BECAUSE SHE SAYS SHE WAS ERASED FROM EXISTENCE AND EVERYONE FORGOT ABOUT HER IN HER WORLD, SHE KNOWS ABOUT FUN GIRL AND IS TRYING TO FIND HER 🤯 I’m so good at putting together lore for certain games that hint at it
That's what happens when something leaves a huge impact on you....and makes you grow up into doing things you shouldn't, wether you realize it or not, you do it anyway because there's no way out of it, depends how bad it affected you, with the headmaster being a "creep" you're all saying he is, it made so much affect in him, it not only turned him into a depressed and paranoid old man, but also....the creep you all keep saying he is, while it doesn't excuse his Perviness, it's also an example of when horrible things like that happen to you, people always have no excuse with them to do what they do, as sad as it is it's true
the only reason him being a voyeur was added in the first place is bc yan dev self projects his creepy fantasies on him nd often makes the male characters in the game creeps :P its nothing new and in my opinion we should ignore that aspect of his character yan dev decided to add for his own pleasure and appreciate how well written kocho is aside from it, hes truly a depressed traumatised guy. his little creepy coping mechanism makes no sense and was simply only added bc yan dev is a creep, i wish more ppl understood that and stopped blaming the character when it never made sense for them to act that way to begin with.
I feel like info Chan is setting up Ayano. Plus its actually makes info chan a lot less scary know that we got a back story. But shes still quite terrifying
I have a theory, for the last tape recorder, I think the room is for Info-chan! But when you listen to the Journalist’s tape recorder, it said that his daughter was always on a computer but comes home with blood. So I think the Journalist’s daughter is Info-chan and the special room is for Info-chan.
The Headmaster foreshadowed that the Saikous were bad people just because he made these tapes. They are letting Yan Chan roam free in the school, and he can't do anything.
This man has changed like hell...a kind, hopeful young man to an angry young man then too an old man that is hateful. Makes sense why he quickly pulls a shock gun at Ayano because Ryoba has left friggin scars on this poor man
Even if they won the trial court it doesn't change the fact that the school is seen as dangerous or "the murder school" since the media saw it. The trajectory will still change, staying silent until ryoba graduates is the only option kek
Just who the hell is Info Chan, she hacked into the principal’s private computer, threaten to blackmail him, has him scared out of his wits, see through what the principal did to get to see who she is. I watched the detective one and have a feeling that she is his daughter but so far not sure yet but there’s a high chance that she is helping Yan chan to expose her at the end to get revenge for her father of what Yan Chan’s mother did in the past. Honestly, I wish we get to know more of Info Chan in the game cause I’m curious to who she really is.
It makes sense why the headmaster panics when he sees Ayano...Ryoba left scars on him.
It really does the way this shit all came back together is amazing holy shit

I know and this leaves the headmaster to suspect correctlly that ryoba did do the murders and extra.

@@Katzila Ooh that's a cool concept :0 Hopefully it'll be one of the endings in the final game!
Ryoba is such a fascinating case study on how to make a phenomenal Villain Protagonist and I love her for it so much!
But they'll accuse Taro of murdering since Ayano's killing would a secret no one knows @@Katzila

That’s what’s implied yes. Especially since the way you get points for Info-Chan is by sending her panty shots
Imagine if he recorded students in the bathroom, so for this reason Info-chan blackmailed him
@@fawkesrocks actually if you look at the old builds where info-Chan’s face is shown she tells Ayano that she sells the panty shots to boys at the school, and actually now that I think about it that’s not canon anymore 🙃

You mean the headmaster?
wow seriously I found them interesting I stay all the time listening to them, good video Reuben

Ryoba is the reason everything fell apart. I feel bad for Ayano, Ayano's father, and the Journalist.
Well instead of taking ayano to any mental doctor she encourages her to possess people as toys
@@Susisidee That's the issue. Meanwhile her father tries his best for a cure.

With the new 1980 mode this makes a lot more sense. I wonders what it is about mr.saiko
In 1980s mode you could slightly shange your appears if your grades are good.
Who’s to say those strict rules weren’t placed AFTER the trial til recently? Like maybe the doors to the roof were locked for the longest time after 1989 til somewhere in the late 2010s, or being born with different colored hair seems to be natural in this universe (so not much concern there)
Bruh did ryoba went guerilla warfare on the entire saiko corp when they kidnapped her senpai, i mean that would explain why the employees are afraid to discuss ryoba to the headmaster

funny how the headmaster had hallucinated of seeing ryoba, asked everyone around about her and they thought he was crazy lol.
mr saikou didnt want to tell him anything like "there was no woman here, nobody came in here during the last half an hour or so"" because the headmaster would have started a scandal, screaming something along the lines of "thats not true, i just saw her, i swear!"
but thats just mr. saikou, but what about the employees around? bypassers? they wouldnt actually care about scandals happening, right? they would tell him that he most likely had a hyper realistic hallucination of sorts, not caring about what the response would be, right??
Yes I'm sure in saikos office was definitely a secret chamber where ryoba left without being caught. This is definitely connected to the true ending of ryobas story.
The headmaster definitely didn't hallucinate ryoba.
@@theultimatefan2065 maybe youre right..... i will check it out today

_this is really good fanfic fuel_
I think of that too I mean cause I like ryabo ayano mother
It would make sense for Ayanos MOM to be the half sister. That could be why both leave the country and it would make them the same age.
I’m actually doing a rewrite for yansim where Ayano and Megami are half sisters. Ayano is the product of an affair because Ichirou and Ryoba had a lot of unsorted feelings to each other.
maybe mr. saikou’s son married ayano’s mom
So pretty much the reason why the headmaster would taser Ayano is because he mistakes her as her mother Ryoba
No, he's aware that Ayano is Ryobas daughter considering his second line upon entering his office in the 202X mode. I'm sure he's being cautious as he doesn't want a repeat of events in 1989

This might be a stupid thought, but if yandere dev is the one who came up with Kocho's story and all, I think he might have been projecting himself onto him
Cause they're sorta similar when you think about it, endlessly working on something (yandere sim/akademi) and never doing anything out of that (no bitches? No wife, no daughter as mentioned in the tapes)
And how eager he might have been when he started working in the project (I.e. how kocho was in 1980s mode) versus how its so draining and he allegedly pushes his work to the volunteers (I.e. kocho giving all his work to genka)
True.

Omg yeeeeeees! That would be cool!
It would also make sense as well!
It would be fun but I think there’s a canon storyline no matter what you do in game
Listen, if anything ever happens at a school, the principal will always be at lest partially responsible. Even if the principle had nothing to do with it or he tried his best, being the principal means that if anything bad happens, your gonna take a part of that blame no matter what.
Befriending is the only elimination method in my mind.
Matchmaking too, the rivals are still going to be happy and alive
Or making senpai reject them
a happy ending always works but the way i see it in movies theres never a happy ending neither in video games
I think that, if the game were to be finished, it would actively make it impossible for you to always choose the same methods.

These hit different (along with the journalist tapes) after the prologue/1980's mode
When he’s old he sounds like Batman or a man that hasn’t spoken in 600 years
20:36, if we can connect the dots, I think ryoba went to have a meeting with Mr. saiku because as the S+ rank ending concept shows, senpai was mysteriously taken by Saiku corp (for an unknown reason) after ryoba kidnapped senpai, and they left a note for ryoba in the basement. So my theory is that ryoba decided to negotiate with Mr saikou about senpai and that's pretty much why the headmaster saw ryoba enter the room.
YOU ARE THE BEST, THANK YOU
The headmasters willingness to make the school welcoming can explain the canon fact that Yandere meets dumb people that loses their homework and etc.
guys mr saikou had a daughter before his son and the sister that left him. its fun girl, he used her as an experiment and now shes dead and her soul travels through space or something like that. now his daughter which is alive is looking for her sister, and info chan COULD be the journalists daughter, thats why id hesitate to use info chan in the finished game, she could be the 11th rival, seaking justice for her father (the journalist)
That or possibly a granddaughter.
Theory: I know the exact reason why Ryoba was there.. If you got a specific ending in the new update on Yandere simulator then you might know what I'm talking about if not there will be spoilers...
She was there because she was asked to be there. Saikou corp abducted her senpai. That is why she was there.
I love her new hair, is better than old!!
I'm new and do u mean the avatar and i I think Reuben is a girl so is Reuben a. Girl or boy pls reply
It can also be a reason why The Student council is SO suspicious of yander-chan
Theres no way, shes totally in love with her husband being a yandere
Tape 1 and 2 showed that his life was so good. But it turned out to be a complete nightmare after tape 3, tape 3 and farther somewhat describing the Aishi invasion, an invasion of a family tree of yandere
Tape 9 is definitely something the headmaster was afriad of when he spoke about a hacker blackmailing him or as least I think. The fact he says "They must not know about the convo me and Mr saiko had" or something along those lines proves my suspicion thats the tape he is talking about unless it's another secret tape
Edit: Also if the saiko corps really has taken over the world they could have kidnapped Ryoba and Ayano and killed them to end the yandere generation but no that never happened. It's making me think there's a connection between those two
Agreed. Maybe the two bloodlines are related? 🤔🤨

I feel bad for the headmaster because of what Ryoba did, no wonder why he's scared of Ayano because she resembles of her mother.

Ryoba literally traumatized the journalist and headmaster huh..
