The journalist didn't marry ryobas sister because they found their love at different times. But I do think that he married a distent relative to ryoba. Its hinted that the journalist did marry a yandere is one of his tapes making ayano and info chan some sort of cousins
At this point, I hope the whole Aishi family (except for Ryoba's husband) gets caught and the journalist succeeds in luring Ryoba into his trap. A true happy end can not be possible as long as the Aishi women are free because NOBODY is safe with them around. I say eliminate their family legacy and let happiness be possible
If there is something i can infer from these tapes, Ryoba found out that the journalist was leaving the country, but she probably didnt want any witnesses. There is a good chance that if yandere sim gets any more updates, there might be a new tape about the journalist in America trying to lure ryoba into a trap to get her arrested.
He sounded so happy on the first tape, hopeful, looked up to Saikou. Later on, he sounded tired, hopeless, old and alone without a family. The VA did a great job.

Senpai is the journalist’s son, it’s confirmed in the S+ ending of 1980s mode. I don’t think info chan’s parents have been confirmed yet tho so they could be siblings

The real reason that info chan helps Ayano is to collect some proof that she is maniac and her mother's case will open again if we kill our rivals with info chans help this will lead us to the bad ending. But if we don't kill our rivals this will be the good ending.

Honestly witness chan was so young at the time the journalist had a full time job its unlikely he had- a thing going with witness chan XD. Also in the 6th jorunalist tape he said that he met his wife long time after the case - after trying to hide his indetity and start a different life. That might be just my thought tho. But the info-chan theory is 90% true
