@Roman Ahmed really don't. What I do think is that hijacking peoples videos is not cool. Some "friend" you are...Dip shit is more like it.
Please make a store option for pcx 160
Your videos are a Master Class on “How To” videos. No distracting music, clear and concise step-by-step instructions with all the information and tips to make the job easier. Bravo!
Even though I know how to replace the rear wheel already, I’m still watching this video. LMAO!
😂😂😂
Best motorcycle work by any youtuber!
Wow, thanks!
Your filming and editing are much improved. This was so clear and easy to understand. Thank you Mitch.
Awesome, thank you!
Haven't seen a better "how to" video when it comes to scooters yet. Many thanks. I am confident to give it a go myself now!
Outstanding video. Got roped into fixing a rear tire on one of these and this saved my bacon!
Note: I only took out the right side fender bolt and it gave me enough room. Also I didn’t tighten the rear brake adjustment just did the strap on the hand control.
Thank you sir!
I needed to replace my rear tire and check the bearings and came upon this gem of a video. Thanks for posting such clear instructions to get it all done.
You’re welcome! 😄👍🏼
Amazing!! Who would have thought you had to remove the exhaust to change a wheel!!!!? The days of my old Lambretta was one nut!! Wheel removed! Front was the "difficult" one.
Two things:
The ambient sounds in your video makes me want to go play Far Cry 2 again.
And I love the little animated effect of your torque wrench's clicks.
Excellent, informative video. Thanks for making and uploading.
I am delighted with these video about PCX! Perfect work!
just bought a 2018 pcx 125, your videos have been really helpful I think I can do most of the work now but will leave the valves to the garage to check. excellent content that is much easier to follow than any book, thanks!
Nice Job! No BS. Straight forward, no yammering get it done and correctly. I'm a visual learner and this was awesome. It's a great reference for those who have never or are intimidated by working on things mechanical. You can always learn by watching others, good and bad.
What an excellent video ! No words, but everything you need to know and do in an easy to follow fashion. Great job !
Thank you!
Excellent video Mitch! I didn't know you were still doing scooter videos. I cannot tell you how much your videos helped me when I was wrenching on my MP3.
Thanks Dave! That's great!
Hey man, I just used this video to learn how to do this on my PCX 150! Thank you so much for such a detailed and well edited video, it made it soooo much easier! I just wanted to point out there's another spacer on the outside of the swing arm. In your video it stays attached to the swing arm when you pull it off and it's still there when you put it back. There's a kind of rubber seal under it that holds it in place, but while I was wiping down excess grease and road grime from my swing arm mine fell out. I'm glad I noticed it on the ground when I was putting my tools away. Had to remove the exhaust again to get it back on but now I can do that part really quickly, lol
Anyway, you might want to add a note or something about that spacer, and that it has the potential to fall out. If it does you just put it back, but you have to know it's there to put it back, heheh.
One the was high quality video I ever seen on this thematic. I can feel and how hard you try to make this fantastic (blue circles, x2-x5 vide) amazing.
each step is explained so clear. great video!
Glad it was helpful!
Cooper grease a bit in exhaust bolts. Loosen nice. Greetings from Greece.
...just wanted to write same thing, and also I don't use red thread lock, just blue (medium hardness)
More videos of PCX please!! I love it.
Thanks José ! Yes more coming :)
@@MitchsScooterStuff It’s fantastic ;)
Absolutely brilliant video, thank you so much
Phenominal video for a first timer. Thanks, my dude. Outstanding!
Much appreciated!
Not really all that much trouble. Great Video. Mitch is the man!
Awesome effects and angles, dude!
Thanks a ton Casey!
Thanks for the help!!! Your videos really help a lot. Thanks!!!!
juste excellent, tu donnes les couples de serrage, vidéo très complète. Un grand merci à toi
Nice proper procedure ❤
Hey Mitch. Thanks to your video, I successfully changed my rear tire. One note: on my 2021 PCX in USA, there is an O2 sensor attached to the exhaust. I just left it connected, and there was enough slack to just move exhaust out of the way for othe other steps. Thank you!
Super bien expliqué, superbe vidéo merci
благодаря этому видео ,сегодня сам поменял тормозные колодки))) Спасибо !
I’ve never put a video on 2x and still wished I could go faster but thank you for this information.

Thank you!!
You're welcome!
Hi! Thanks for the great video!
Does this also translate to a PCX 125-2012?
Good video! That silver part won't c come off. I tried WD-40 and a rubber hammer... Any idea?
Hey, can you make a video about fixing the noise on the inner bearing on the clutch?
Thank you 😉
after that, i noticed that the lever has a free play, enought to make the back light switch stay open even if i release the rear brake. Any suggestions? Thanks. Great video- edit info btw!
Cool trick with wing mirror 😀
Thanks, make job easier 😎🤙🏼
sorry to ask, is the front collar wheel side has the same length? right and left collar.. please i need to know. thank you so much.. i lost the right side collar.

Hi Mitch when you change your PCX tire do you have them balanced?
👏👏👏 bem detalhado!
Nice video. Can you make a tutorial video about cvt removal and installation of this scooter? As well as the torque drive. I also want to know the torque specs of each nut of pulleys and torque drive. Thank you
Thanks! Yes I have that video of CVT coming very soon 👍🏼
Hello, will washing the inside of the variator with gasoline damage the oil seal?
Awesome! Mahalo!
You’re welcome! More PCX videos coming!
@@MitchsScooterStuff Awesome. I am thinking of getting one. What are your thoughts on Kymco compared to Honda?
I haven't removed mine yet, but there is a slight play to it. No more than 1/ 8 in to either side. Will this allow me to fix that problem?
hi ever do any work on the honda sh300
Nice Channel👍
Thank you 👍
Dear sir..can i know what the best battery for pcx 150 2016?.. i checking at google see series YTZ8V for high performance, another sharing YTX7L..
Show de bola 😃
Brother, i dropped the spring somewhere in the process, and i dont know where to put it back, can you help? (spring from the rear drum brake...
Hi. Pcx 125 and pcx 150 are same wheel? And i have a pcx 125 here in philippines. My problem is they dont have stock accessories. My motorcycle import in other country. So its hard to look accessories
Sir what is the tire size of the pcx front and rare
How long did it take you to make this video ready?
Hello , when a video about "pcx 125 change break shoe?" ❤
What size the tyre mitch?
So much work to remove the rear wheel.
Yeah it's crazy
@@MitchsScooterStuff not really, it's just a design that works for Honda. It's a process.
Hey man, the video is great! I just have one question. Whenever I tighten the rear wheel nut, the whole wheel becomes very difficult to spin. When it is tightened to the max at 118N*m it doesn’t spin at all and it seems to scrape against the axle. Any fix for this? We just put in a new spacer and it is installed correctly…
Thanks! That’s strange! Did you inspect inside where it seems to scrape on something? Make sure nothing touch the brake parts?
@@MitchsScooterStuff Yeah, I'm not quite sure what it is... Nothing seems to scrape against it physically but the wheel is definitely resisting. If you loosen the nut on the axle it works fine, but tightening it with a torque wrench makes it really stiff. The spacer is installed as in the video, everything is done as you have done it, but it still won't budge.
Driving it is fine, and I'm suspecting that this is how the previous owner rode it as the axle was completely worn down when we bought it. I'm not sure what's causing it specifically. Thanks for the reply though! If you come up with more ideas let me know.
Muito top,esse vídeo, parabéns 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏( 01/08/2023😀🙋🏽♂️
8:05 somunun tork değeri kaçtır
yane kaç nm sıkılır
what is the torque value, how many nm is tightened
Could you at some point do one for the belt and clutch change too?
hi, yes the video is coming up next
Oh~♡
It,was U^^ I ♡❤🧡u^^ Mitch
2 new tires where to be mounted, I told that it will be one at the time, I will give only the wheels ( those guys are not mechanics ) but family Thai knew better, took the PCX came it came back 5 hours later! One of the nut is missing at the exhaust at the head, not only missing the stud is broken now level with the exhaust ( due to excess tightening ) Hopefully the parts exist, I am not the first one here...
Whoa!! 🤯

😁🙌🏼❤️
I have PCX 2014. And now I have a problem with START/STOP. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it does not. Do you know a reason why? Where to look? Maybe there is a simple solution to my problem? Some people said about battery being low, but it is fully charged, some people said about fuel quality, but it different Spanish petrol stations but still no changes. What could be the problem?
Hmm sounds like the switch button got dirty inside, open up the switch to check… sometimes the contacts get dirty, I have some videos on my channel how to clean the switches, that would give you idea what it looks like
I was about to pay some guy $70 thank you bro
Glad to help you save the money!

Great video, my garage charged me an hours labour removing and changing a rear tire on my pcx , how long does it take really, your video was 12 minutes long 🤔
Thank you James! Yes 12 minutes.... without changing the tire.... about 15 minutes to change the tire alone
I was afraid to lock up my scoot by the rear wheel because I thought it would be quick work to just take the wheel off. Apparently not haha.
😂😂👍🏼
👍👍👍👍💪
😄🤙🏼
What if I dont have a grease?
Or thé thread locker?
Cls
Oil change of my car is easier.... Good video ;)
Haha yes seriously :) Thanks!
Thanks god i have sh 125 ... dont have to much to take away lol
Nice! Lucky!
This is really bad advice! I couldn't loosen the bolts using the mirror, they kept tightening as they were turning the wrong way! Then I ytied to support the exhaust with my hand and spent two days in hospital with 2nd degree burns, shame on you! By the way. how many olympic swimming pools does this PCX take up? In the end I found it easier to leave the rear wheel in place and simply transfer the engine gearbox and all of the other panels over to a new wheel.
This is one stupid bike design. Try topping up the cbs brake oil for the left handle
