Barlos The Hibby Cat Yes I agree with you, in some games Goram was fantastic and in others he was very poor with crosses, I remember one game where Kirk of Motherwell pressurised Goram as he tried to kick from hands Goram could not cope with it and duffed every kick out in that game. Between Rough Goram and Leighton, I thought Leighton was the best of the three even though his kick outs were also poor but he made some outstanding saves for Hibs.
Those Hibees in those flats! Anyways, where did you get this game from? This is so rare. I know it's a big ask but don't suppose you have the Hibs win at Hearts in August 2007 (the Scotsport highlighs one). Also the ones at Tynecastle in April 1987 and the 2-1 win in October 1987?
adriangoals this game was copied from an old vhs tape from 1988. The 2-1 win in October 1987 was at Easter Road I was at the game and i am pretty sure there were no tv cameras at this game for some reason. Kane and May scored for Hibs and the atmosphere was fantastic. Hibs lost the April 1987 game at Tynecastle 2-1 so I probably wont have the footage of this game. Yes I think i have the Scotsport footage of the 2007 game if it was Kerr that scored the only goal of the game. Think it was played on a Monday night.
Proper game, bring these days back man
Some of these tackles would get you banned from the game nowadays. I agree though the game was better to watch. More grit to it.
I was there best hibees bounce ever in the away end when Archie scored the 2nd. GGTTH.
I was at this game
Kaneo ✊🏻💚🏰
Memorable game. GGTTH
Goram was all over the place with cross balls! He would get slated if he played now for being hopeless, yet he was world class at times.
