Juggernaut's 3D model is normally obscured by the lake of mist for the most part. By taking over the camera controls, we can see what his 3D model looks like entirely by moving the cam underneath the lake.

I find it interesting that they went with the more simplified design in the cutscenes where you see just its head instead of this design... This design... probably would’ve inspired terror in some children’s hearts playing this game back in the 90’s and yet... it would’ve fit so well too. This game practically does have horror elements later on anyways.
Sol must have beaten the shit out of Conkram so hard it made them create this.

@@rellsolomon9824 Yes, I have beautiful memories, that I still cherish of my childhood and teen days, when I was playing this game, back then... I even download a PSX Emulator to play the game on this Pandemic.

They should've made him fightable
Final boss= Cort fused with Juggernaut, so technically he is fightable.
But i agree with you, he should become a secret boss, maybe with time limit like Koru
