Servus Jessie, that was really a wonderful, very honest and well spoken video, so clear and calm. If someone asks me i always recommend to life somewhere abroad. It can be a wonderful experience and it can help to understand each other in a better way. Understanding another culture and the way people thing could protect us for a lot of stereotypes. I lived for almost a year in Ireland to improve my English and after a short break in Germany i went to Vienna, Austria and i love it. I love my hometown Berlin as well, but living in Vienna gives me a lot of opportunities, the area is so lovely, very diverse, we have beer and wine here, we have a lot of culture, nice food and we have so many countries around Austria so close that i can go by bus or train, because i don't like cars so much. Thank you very much, have a good time.
HI! Thank you! I think making German friends can be a little tricky, but once do they will be good friends. I know that I can rely on my German friends to be there for me when I need them. That being said, I think in general no matter where you are it is always easier to make friends with other foreigners than it is with the locals. As for Germany vs Spain, both are great places to live. I'm living in Berlin which is an international city and I love the balance Berlin offers between city life and nature - both are things that are important to me.
@@Mariam-fx9rv if you allow to answer your question?! It’s not expensive compared to London, Paris, New York City or even Munich, but It’s totally depending on your meaning of expensive and available budget!!

I agree with holger hansen. It's definitely more affordable here in Berlin than the other big European cities
Hi from 🇨🇦 Ontario
Hello there!
Surely, you must occasionally have "Heimweh," oder?
Of course I do! It comes and goes but I'm always especially homesick around the holidays.
I wish to be your video editor.
