You remind me so much of my best friend I would play Morrowind with. He died last year and even your voice sounds just like him, when I first heard you I cried bro. Thank you for being you man. Rest in peace Tommy I miss you so much bro and I will tell my children about you and of the dangers of depression.
I'm so sorry to hear about your friend Tommy, losing someone so close is always hard. You never really get over that, but there will be better days to come. But I'm really glad I can help in some small way ❤️
@@Gitshiver you did man I'm going to figure out this patreon/discord thing and send you some drakes next month. It was WILD hearing you talk because you sound identical to him. It was surreal as hell, like hearing a ghost. I'm glad you exist dude. Keep being you man. And thank you.
One thing to note is you can summon multiples of any creature, provided it's via different spell effects (and I think different times). Probably the best use of this is spamming Greater Bonewalkers to vaporize enemies' strength to immobilize them, or multiple of the same atronach element so they don't have friendly fire issues. This can be especially useful if you play a Nord under the Atronach sign, as you can then sit in the AoE of your atronach's spells to absorb magicka during a fight, provided you up your appropriate resistances. Also, Trebonius is said to be a very capable mage, just not a scholarly one. If anything, he's probably most like the player character in that regard, ironically enough
I just can't bring myself to summon multiple Greater Bonewalkers at once, it feels like a war crime. Also, that makes a Nord Conjurer sound _really_ fun.
If you get a Daedric Tower Shield you can actually put a constant effect Storm Atronach on it. I went with a Daedroth for my shield though. The regular daedric shied can also support a constant effect Dremora Lord.
My most memorable moment on Xbox Morrowind had to do with the Mantle of Woe. > Obtains robe > Goes to Khuul > It is night time > Puts on robe > Takes silt strider to Aldruhn > Controller vibrates during entire loading screen > Arrives to Aldruhn dead because sunlight
I've found the combo of OpenMW with Practical Necromancy to be a blast You take over smuggler's dens and NPC occupied strongholds to set up your own outposts as you damn well please, leveraging squatting as a natural game mechanic, along with the alchemy, restoration and enchanting loop to create your own private army of bound weapon equped minions to guard your horde.
So much fun. I really enjoyed using fortify speed and strength AoE spells to beef up my legions and then using a single cheap turn undead spell while levitating to unleash the horde. The Mantle of Woe just pushes things to bonkers levels without exploits. Perfect Necromancer robe. With a few constant effect restore health items, your skin heals as fast as it peels. Just dont forget you cant sleep in the sun 😅
I love this video the most so far, I would have never thought of playing this kind of build. Also, if Nanny-Marco doesn't like mob tactics he will love the province of Morrowind. Mephala and Boethiah is a good daedra and role models for the totally not false gods.
Hey mate, as per usual I love your videos. I don’t know if you saw my last question, but how’d you get maps to work on Home of the Nords and Tamriel Rebuilt?
Thanks! I thought I had replied to that, but I may have missed it or my phone was being dumb again. I think it "just worked" (lol) on openmw, I do remember having issues on vanilla years ago with the maps. I have a few compatibility patches installed, but idk if any of them affect the maps though.
"Conjurer with a bad attitude" is a great way to describe Tamriel's Necromancers. Also, uh, I'm sure Easy Access is the name of the enchantment on the skirt, but as a name for a skirt...
I'm pretty sure you could have talked him into giving you the robes.😂 Also, for some reason, summons don't attack an enemy unless they hit you with an attack first or you hit them with an attack.
Holy shit, do you and Spiffing Brit share dreams or something? Spiff just recently released a video about making infinite bonelords via the soul trap glitch, and now you make this.
I always laugh when I have like 4 summons fighting and then they kill the enemy and all turn around and look at you
“Ring of shock balls… no thank you” lol 😂
The Tribunal Temple would like to know your location...

@@nicholasfarrell5981 calling shit the character can do in Morrowind "war crimes" always cracks me up lmao
I tried a permanent clannfear summon too after realizing that's the highest tier of summon you can get a CE for.
It went about that well too.
I want a permanent scamp, they make funny noises in morrowind

Building on lynx, a constant Greater Bonewalker is greater than you would think

I can't count the number of times I have forgotten about sun damage lol
This quest has always cracked me up... Lassie tells you that Timmie is in the well; a recurring quest for Bethesda.
On the one hand this is a pretty cool and thematic build... on the other hand using summons is such a pain in the ass xD
9:24 IN THE NAME OF DOCKTOR MO-O-OBIUS!

Gotta love how busted all magic schools in Morrowind are. Using bound weapons and armor and you're a powerhouse without carrying (or doing) much.
Would love to see a LP series of this type of character. Something like your Imperial paladin. Maybe a few necromancer mods.
That's a cool idea! He would probably be great for a house telvanni lp now that you mention it ;)
11:32 that music is epic!!

Great video, I love how with a little knowledge you can build Great characters really fast in morrowind. 👍
Great Video and great build! Kudos Gitshiver!
16:09 there’s a mod that replaces his robe with one that truly suits evil or gothic style!! However, I forgot with the name therefore, I am so sorry
Yo this is a good build, thanks
I do wonder if resist magic gets rid of the sun damage effect on the mantle of woe.

Nanny-Narco...💀 I would watch a full playthrough, love him, 10/10

Get 100% magic resistance and all negative effects except sun damage is negated on the robe.

Yeah, I was initially planning on sparing him, but it felt more appropriate for the build lol
i would love to see a walkthrough of necrocraft. There's like no info on it
Excellent morrowind content. Thorough, the edits made me kek.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thrandar Nightshade would be proud...
Fortify INT - cast spell
What’s there to build?
i would simply use armor eater on tymvaul

Spooky scary skeleton dance !!
I too happen to have some decent blunts skill.
