You have achieved that by giving yourself space when you constructed your clever folding dining / study desk solution. Should have a hook or hinge basketball board back of the bus..then flipped it over the bus when not in use as well hinged hoop ring flip over on the board so it would be flushed on the roof !

The table and the shower are my absolute favorite parts of their bus. I am 6'5" and I never would imagine a shower on a skoolie that I could fit in. Great Job to the both of you. Magnificent bus.

The reason that I ask is because I saw a video from another couple that I follow, Trent and Ali, and they almost had someone break into their van during the night. They were able to get away, thankfully. Be safe and take care. Please make sure you have a secure door and a way to take off quick if something happens. 🙏🙏🙏

I absolutely love your bus! And totally stealing the counter/desk idea. Most people wind up running a hose to their grey tank on the composting toilet. The urine tank is too small for a couple full time. I like you guys and the honesty of what works for you and what doesn’t.
Use a baking stone in the bottom on your over lowest rack, then you bake anything and it helps prevent burning. Also turning it mid cook time will ensure even baking. You can find an RV size stone on amazon and maybe pampered chef 🤷🏻♀️. For me I bake all the time and I was devastated at all my destroyed dinners, breads, cookies, etc. some one told me to use a stone which I used one in my home oven. It changed everything on the RV oven. Great build I love it!

Divert your urine directly to your gray tank then you wont have to dump the little urine bottle. Thats what most people do is sent the pee to the gray tank... Bus is Beautiful I love it....❤👍🏻👍🏻
Been looking into building a bus. I do air conditioning. Been doing it for about 5 years. Done a lot of other stuff. Just tired of it. I did get to drive to Oregon for hvac work for a few months. I live in Florida. Fell in love with traveling. I feel stuck right now same crap every week. I am trying to find a way to work and do this. I’m excited. I’m still only 26. So I have time just saving up for a bus. So I am trying to look into temp ac jobs and go to state to state for a few months for work. Or something. And travel. Anyways you guys seem super down to earth and happy. It makes me excited and want this more. I plan to surf and skate as many places I can. Hike. Etc. life is to short and I don’t want to be stuck. I have plenty of time when I’m older to be stuck. Lol. Great video and you guys seem awesome
Finally someone else who thinks like I do. I plan on also adding an 100 gallon water tank to my bus conversion(also plan on having a shower in my bus) and thought I was being excessive. Some good tips. I like the counter, I like the sofa. I am not a fan of the clothes storage. And even less of the gaz, propane and fire place. I found that not very safe in such a small place. For the stove I would have chosen an induction.

Ummmm, all ovens can heat from the top and bottom. When baking it heats from the bottom, the only time it heats from the top is when your broiling. Not sure what oven you're used to.
You know that a lot of bus life people in folks that are and tiny houses that have the compost toilets are actually having the urine section drain into the gray water. I don't know how much that will cost or how big of a deal it is to get it done. But for my own personal I would like to have that myself if I was living in a small space. Well I wouldn't have a compost toilet in the first place because I just wouldn't be able to dump it I couldn't stomach that personally. But for people that use a compost toilet and like them maybe that is an alternative for the urine
Ive seen many converted school bus videos. Im not a car enthusiast nor a single amount of knowledge regarding cars but Ive heard from conversations that the heavier the vehicle, the more gas it uses. Idk if you converted this bus into an electric one. If not, how much gas does this bus holds full tank and how long the distance can it go?
I love your bus, I’m a little concerned about the fire in your oven, fire should only be seen on the top burners of your range, check for gas leaks, it could be dangerous.

One thing i'd propose to you guys is to do more research on how to securely fit in the propane tanks. I saw another Bus home tour video and they did bery differently, so before you go on a trip, it'd be safe to seek professional help or guidance on that especially when you on the road and moving.
How do you take care of dirty clothes? Do you just go to a laundromat to get them cleaned all the time or do you have anything specific for that as well? And how long do the battery banks last on average?

Been looking into building a bus. I do air conditioning. Been doing it for about 5 years. Done a lot of other stuff. Just tired of it. I did get to drive to Oregon for hvac work for a few months. I live in Florida. Fell in love with traveling. I feel stuck right now same crap every week. I am trying to find a way to work and do this. I’m excited. I’m still only 26. So I have time just saving up for a bus. So I am trying to look into temp ac jobs and go to state to state for a few months for work. Or something. And travel. Anyways you guys seem super down to earth and happy. It makes me excited and want this more. I plan to surf and skate as many places I can. Hike. Etc. life is to short and I don’t want to be stuck. I have plenty of time when I’m older to be stuck. Lol. Great video and you guys seem awesome
Finally someone else who thinks like I do. I plan on also adding an 100 gallon water tank to my bus conversion(also plan on having a shower in my bus) and thought I was being excessive.
Also the storage bin on the outside that you build? How did you do it? And where you bought the storage containers from?

Some good tips. I like the counter, I like the sofa. I am not a fan of the clothes storage. And even less of the gaz, propane and fire place. I found that not very safe in such a small place. For the stove I would have chosen an induction.

Ummmm, all ovens can heat from the top and bottom. When baking it heats from the bottom, the only time it heats from the top is when your broiling. Not sure what oven you're used to.
You know that a lot of bus life people in folks that are and tiny houses that have the compost toilets are actually having the urine section drain into the gray water. I don't know how much that will cost or how big of a deal it is to get it done. But for my own personal I would like to have that myself if I was living in a small space. Well I wouldn't have a compost toilet in the first place because I just wouldn't be able to dump it I couldn't stomach that personally. But for people that use a compost toilet and like them maybe that is an alternative for the urine
Ive seen many converted school bus videos. Im not a car enthusiast nor a single amount of knowledge regarding cars but Ive heard from conversations that the heavier the vehicle, the more gas it uses. Idk if you converted this bus into an electric one. If not, how much gas does this bus holds full tank and how long the distance can it go?
Love the bus, but catch watch it....camera work is WAY to shaky and fast moving.
I love your bus, I’m a little concerned about the fire in your oven, fire should only be seen on the top burners of your range, check for gas leaks, it could be dangerous.

One thing i'd propose to you guys is to do more research on how to securely fit in the propane tanks. I saw another Bus home tour video and they did bery differently, so before you go on a trip, it'd be safe to seek professional help or guidance on that especially when you on the road and moving.
