In my opinion, Bobby Labonte is probably one of the most underrated NASCAR drivers of all time. I always love his paint schemes especially the interstate batteries #18 car, my most favorite paint scheme he had was his 2003 paint scheme. It has been a favorite of mine ever since I got into NASCAR when I was five or six at the time.
Many of the mid 90s and early 00s legends are now leaving the sport and it’s sad to see the people who I grew up watching leave. This was my favorite driver. And will always be. Congrats Bobby you deserved it
Very good speech! I didn't get to watch Bobby when he was in his prime, but always had a lot of respect for him, and wished he would have won the 2005 Coke 600!
Safe to say the drivers who raced during my childhood in the 90s (80s & 90s were the best years) are all long retired and in the HOF now.. life is going by quick.
Congrats to a true champion! You probably dont remember, but our boys raced quarter midgets together, at the indoor winter series in Columbus, Ohio. Great memories! Thanks for the way you handled yourself on and off the track and for being a great role model to all of us!
The Labonte's are one of the classiest families in all of sports and always won the right way. Congratulations to Bobby!

My favorite driver
Talk about a guy who started from the bottom! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Congrats Bobby Labonte. Cool to see his brother induct him.
That said if NASCAR keeps inducting 5 a year, the class will run thin quickly
Bobby Labonte > Kyle Busch Change My Mind
I couldn't agree more. Bobby Labonte was the last time people cheered for the No. 18 and actually meant it.
Absolutely. Bobby built JGR into what it is. Had better competition too.
@@mitchcolburn1216 Dale Jarrett (1992-94) too
