I can't wait to put this beside Moonrakers, the game that started my family board game nights. This game looks great and I feel like this game would work well as a phone app so I could play MM on the go.

When I reset my dice at clean up phase, should I add the partial unused action points to the dice? on your video, you still have 1 move action point left on the left dice, but you rese to 3. Should it be rested to 4 (3+1) instead of 3?
At 20:25, you move into a bookshelf and effectively push it. Is that legal with the ghosts? I would assume that they would have to pull it, but couldn't push it because they couldn't actually get to the square they're moving into...
Question about Infect! At 16:53 it says you may move an adjacent ally or enemy one space in a diagonal direction, but then it shows a neighboring, not adjacent enemy being moved in a diagonal direction. Can I use infect on enemies that are neighboring me diagonally, or do they have to be adjacent? Thanks!
I noticed the video states that stench moves the time keeper 1 away on e tabletop sim but your tutorial says 2 spaces. Did this change and which one is final? Thanks, excited for my copy
I just played my first game yesterday and had a blast! Vampires vs Ghosts. I do have a quick question: My yellow Zombie dice are not the same color as the Zombie minis or tomes. (Everything matches for the other factions). Is this a production error, or is this intentional for some reason? Thanks!
It’s intentional. If you go to the gamefound page for this game, and check the most recent update, you can watch a video that explains the dice color and how to organize the box.
Love the specific rules giving for each faction, but it would be cool if you went into more detail about each one. For example, when the witch uses their enchant ability, can they move the opponent through a bookshelf?
Great question! It works… (and you can do it if you want), but we tested it quite a bit and the down time between turns was just too long for our taste. The moment we tried 2 vs 1, we had a blast and knew immediately it was the way to go.
I'm a big fan of IV Studio for their board games. I may have to Kickstart this as well to sit next to Moonrakers and Veiled Fate once I receive it. BTW, Moonrakers is the go to game in my friend group now!
I don't know if it was mentioned, but suppose you get yourself caught in the Tome Keepers path and don't have any actions left. Does the other team get a point for you getting caught by your own stupidity?
Good question! We mention it right at the end of the Tomekeeper phase. If your Mythic is caught on your turn, you lose one point. It's a pretty tough sacrifice to make, but can be worth it!
i love the theme of this game but it makes me feel so dumb. there are so many edge case rules and i feel like i have no idea how to play and follow the rules without making mistakes. i’ve played twice with others and once by myself and never been able to finish a game because by 15 minutes in looking at the rule book the people i am playing with are ready to bail and try a different game. even after trying this game several times, whenever I play i find myself stuck thumbing thru the rules non-stop trying to determine if my moves are valid. everyone loves moonrakers though. that’s usually what they want to swap to.
@@IVGamesStudio - I noticed the Faction Boards, and they look awesome. I was thinking about the game boards being double-layered. It would've looked fantastic with wooden walls and tomes, though. Thanks for responding.

1 is final! That had been changed for awhile and was an error sadly! It is correct in the final rules and player boards.

At 15:33 you dropped a monster trap & said it was adjacent but I only saw a monster on a diagonal. Was that correct?
For a three player game, why not just use three factions each, two Mythics per faction, instead of teams?

I am loving this game. I noticed you started the wizards with two tomes on their board. One in the move row and one in distract. Why is that?
So glad you are enjoying it! This sounds like a filming error as we can't think of a reason a tome would be on distract and move on a first turn!

"Neighboring" is defined as not being obstructed by bookcases, got it.
@@Archamedes Good catch! They cannot start it through a bookcase, but the opponent may end the enchant on the other side of a bookcase.

If the game pieces are wooden, I'm in. I don't like the idea of an abstract game with plastic pieces. Also, a double-layered board would be nice.
