So what's the deal with it? Does it shift? It sounds like someone is running the lawnmower.
they don't shift, they have a CVT system similar to what a snowmobile uses

I saw this video probably when it first came out. I had heard/seen sxs but didn’t know they were capable of all that. I kind of thought of them as a cross between a golf cart and a go kart. But this very video opened up a whole new world for me. Sadly I haven’t gotten one yet but I will in a year or two.
My favorite thing to do is take someone for a ride who hasn't been in a newer all sport sxs, blows their minds! lol

When you put your seat belt on...
1.Tighten the waist traps as tight as you can...
2.Then snugg the shoulder straps down nice and tight...
If you hit something with it the way you have it adjusted your going to have lower back issues... Just sayin.
Oh and thank you for not buying polaris junk... lol
Rzr’s are better than X3’s but polaris does have horrible four wheelers except for the scrambler
