I'm sorry, but the last song before the ending credits gave me the biggest emotional reaction. The crudeness yet sincerity of Fry's feelings poured through that song made this episode/(and what was thought to be)series finale for me. It's one of the sweet things I've ever heard.
"He's bluffing! No creature would willingly make an idiot out of itself!", "Obviously, YOU'VE never been in love!". Holy shit. Just started watching this series and that might be my favorite quote so far.
Man, Futurama has brought tears to my eyes, so many times. The saddest one, in my opinion, is when Seymore, Fry's dog, was waiting for him, all his life. And died waiting for him.
Futurama has manage to make me cry in 5 different occasions and just recently they did it again when Fry's mom dreamed about him. I will miss this show.
The bit at 0:14-1:07 prompted me to write the most beautiful piece of poetry I've thought of yet. It's sad, full of promises that can't be made to someone who may not exist, but I'm proud of it all the same.

as a kid, i was always so pissed that they cancelled the show. the way Groening managed to draw me into the characters was just unbelievable. its been years and the sounds still haunt me..... damn you Groening!

I was going to... but... the end that I have, from the season finale of Fry playing the holophoner for Leela, and having them walk off... seemed a more powerful choice for me. Both were great, of course haha. But I couldn't mess with the power and 'awe' factor embedded onto me by the season finale ending.

Man, Futurama is such a good show. Even the worst episodes are still watchable. The best episodes are some of the greatest TV programming ever made.
